    Pros +

    • Check in process is super simple, very well located (only a 10 min walk to the Asakusa Station), with an Aeon supermarket and 7-11 within a 5 min walking distance, onsite laundry, vending machines, baggage storage before check in, very clean, in a quiet área where you can have a good night rest after a long day. Beds were super comfortable.
    • Location was reasonable.
    • It was affordable

    Cons -

    • Not quite as modern as it appears in the photos. Futons didn't properly fit on bed area.
    • No lift, it also said morning pastries but it was buttered/ toasted thick sweet bread - not nice. After six nights I ended up very stiff from the bed.
    • Minimal breakfast, only 1 piece of toast and coffee. I was expecting more.

Spacious rooms compared to other hotels.

Locations is 10/10. Aeon in front. The room is good. Super near to station

The kitchen hot plate is not so hot.

    9munezPosted on: 3-27-2025

This was a nice and spacious space for its price considering that its located in Tokyo.

The onlybthing I did not like was how far u need to leave your shoea from your room and the lack of elevator as well. So not ideal for big and heavy bags.

    8BoPosted on: 3-5-2025

The room is too small, no space to put luggage. But the room is clean and the beds are comfortable. Also efficient check-in service.

Location is okay if you don’t mind 10mins walk to Asakusa station.

Room looks big in the picture but its too small for 6 people. No receptionist to ask for help. Laundry is ¥300 but there’s no laundry soap.

Quick staff response for fixing the bathroom problem

I stayed over 8 nights, it would be good if some one do the carpet cleaning or change the towels as a long teams stays.

The property is just a short walk to temple and to train station. The area is well maintained and secure.

The room that was assigned to us was a little bit small. There’s not much room to walk around.

its unmanned hotel, someone has dropped off a free slice of bread for each customers every morning, which is a complimentary tho the bread can not eat by children coz its hard.

the toilet floor gets wet when people take a shower, it wont get dry after 8hrs., the slippers provided are not dispossable theyre sticky and has bad odor, the smell in the room is not fresh, the other set of pillows which theyre not meant to be sleeping pillos are smell bad, they dont change them coz theyre not meant to be changed for new customers, its unmanned hotel no room service ,if your carpet gets dirty its very frustrating, you will meet a person thru web cam upon check in, i think that person is somewhere in mars.

Very convenient location, close to train station, supermarkets and also at a very quiet location. There was also free breakfast every morning, and the people there are very kind

Nothing major to complain about. Wifi speeds were fairly slow, and TV was kinda small. Other than that, nothing to complain about, just nitpicking

Had everything we needed for a one night stay. We stayed here to be close to Asakusa station to go to Nikko early the next morning which worked well. Nothing special but comfortable and check in was easy.

Great location rooms were okay size but we did have 6 in one room.

    6DrewPosted on: 10-17-2024

walking distance to skytree/ busy shopping areas.Could fit a family of 4 in the same room.

No food/supermarkets close by (all min 15min walk). No tea/coffee available

Coin laundry inside the premises , toilet is good

A bit far from train station, same old breakfast bread

Great location, good for the price.

    Small rooms, no reception.

    6GabrielePosted on: 9-14-2024

    We love the location

The disabled room was not appropriate for someone that is in a permanent wheelchair. The pillows were rockhard.

    10JamiePosted on: 8-20-2024

Our room was good and spacious for 4 persons. The toilet and shower room are separate which is a good thing. The hotel is very modern as the check-in process was contactless and complete instructions are provided beforehand. They have a luggage storage which I think is a must for Japan since you get to shop a lot. The ground floor has a common area where you can eat and stay and wait for your taxi.

I do not recommended to bring big luggage when your room here will be on the 3rd floor like ours since there is no elevator. The location is a 5-10 minute walk that includes crossing a bridge to the tourist area and it is located in a quiet neighborhood so taxis are rare to hail for us for a group of 4 (it was summer so we opted to ride a taxi).
