Best Western Hotel Fino Tokyo Akihabara

The bed was like sleeping on a stone tablet. It appeared very worn and was in desperate need of replacement. A simple cloth topper was laid just underneath the sheet to disguise the yellow colored mattress.

The hotel was tucked away from the main streets of akihabara so it was easy to fall asleep. It is only about a 12min walk to akihabara station and its very easy to find things to do in the area. A Lawson is also right next door.

The corners of the room had a lot of debris and dust. The bathroom also had a strong mildew smell despite looking clean.

Very bad year stop they speak very rudely and they charge for one hour extra checking ¥3000

Very bad Staff

Its a good hotel for single or a couple but not really suitable for a family

Its a really compact hotel

Very clean. We loved the location. Staff was helpful and used a translation app to help us. They even offered in-room massages starting at 7 pm. Check in was very smooth.

It was small, but everything in this area was. We still had enough room to open our big luggage in the room which was great.

Location was great and within walking distance to both Ueno and Akihabara. Having a front desk was very nice, as well as a breakfast and area to borrow manga for the kids.

Room was especially small, and the price seemed pretty high.

Excellent location and staff. Great pillow

Toilets need deep cleansing. Better serve butter instead of margarine.

It was cheap and close to everything in Akihabara

The staff was not really nice. Some of them did not how to smile which is hard to find in Japan. Definitely that can change

Staff and service are good. But the location is a bit award, in the far middle of several stations, 1km from Ueno station, 900m from iwamotocho station if u gonna go shinjuku, akihabara is 10-15mins walk but it is not a descent area for families with young kids. The room is small, single bed is only 90cm wide or so, bedsheets are small so the next day the bed is messy with sheets and covers detached…

Room: Functional room but very tight of space. However, there is a strong smell from bathroom's floor drainConvenient location: Located at the very centre of AkihabaraClean: Room is clean, but I am quite surprise with hotel policy for a standard of 3-day housekeeping/cleaning per time

- Almost no public area. Only reception, restaurant coffee corner at the ground floor- No facilities like gym or swimming pool

Nice hotel in a good location, staff was great, breakfast was decent

tiny room, not many amenities but decent overall

Staff friendly good take card

Breakfast maybe add fish or seafood also

The room was clean and comfortable. A little bit on the smaller side but that was expected. The location is pretty good, close to the train station, shops and restaurants.

The location is great, close to everything, it has several convenience stores around, several subway stations are near by. The room of course was very small and no views, but it was cossy, perfect just to sleep.

NA

Everything! Staff is very friendly, rooms are more spacious than average and very clean. Location is absolutely perfect, multiple metro lines to bring you everywhere.

Nothing, it was great

Great value for money. The location is convenient, with a convenience store right on the corner. The room was clean and in excellent condition, and everything I needed was provided.

The room turned out to be smaller than I expected. There is construction in the building next door, but it didn’t disturb us.

I have stayed here a few times and the location is fantastic. And the price is very reasonable for the area.

The rooms are a bit small if you have a lot of baggage.

The location is near to all subway lines which is very convient. The room is clean and staff were helpful. Nice experience in Tokyo.

The staff was very kind despite the very late check in from our side due to flight delays.

The walk from the train station is about a good 8-10 minutes.

Big room , clean , iron and board in front of elevator return when you done.
