Quite neighborhood The place s perfect Hotel staff are very kind n helpful

The location is incredible - located right above the train station! The staff are very friendly, and there is even a laundry facility on site. The neighborhood of Koenji is also great - a lot to do, but not as crowded as other areas.

Location. Convenience to train. Comfortable bed. Well-appointed bedroom. Graciousness of staff.

Wished the rooms had storage for clothing.

Right above the metro station with easy access. Located near a whole street of small stores and restaurants all around. Next to a Tokyu markets where I got prepared foods and snacks for the hotel room. Breakfast options are simple at Dennys. It was a spacious room for Tokyo.

Conveniently attached to JR station. Comfortable bed (though very firm). Cheap laundry machines that are easy to use.

Very small room, seemingly typical for Tokyo. Fine for one person though. Apparently north side of hotel can be noisy (due to square below), but I was on the south side and it was silent. Ultimately staying in Koenji was kind of inconvenient but I also liked the neighborhood much better than the more crowded tourist areas.

In my 5 trips to Japan this has been the best and largest hotel I have stayed for the price. Great location (Koenji Station has quick access to most tourist destinations and the area itself has a lot of food options) Spotless room with a surprisingly great view of either the trains or of Koenji, big bath. Will stay here again.

I wish I stayed here longer

Queen-size bed, free wifi, Koenji station is right outside the front doors, this was perfect for two people. Highly recommended if you plan to just explore the Tokyo area.

Changing all linen and towels every day is very bad for the environment

Its nearness to the Kōenji Station and to the supermarkets nearby. The room is big enough for 1 or even 2 people. The free coffee at the lobby.

Nothing. It could just be a bit cheaper, though, but it’s still okay.

The hotel is located right at the train station in Koenji. The motel was modern. The rooms were a good size.Although the staff had little English the were super helpful and polite.The cleaning staff were excellent. Our rooms were made perfectly each day.Breakfast was within the building at Denny's (an American food chain).Breakfast was good with a variety of eastern and western food.

Second stay within two weeks since we use Tokyo as our 'base' to explore Japan. As our first stay was, this second showed the hotel very clean, comfortable, and well-located. Looking forward for our third stay in two weeks.

A within hotel breakfeast option other than Denny's would be appreciated, but options directly outside the hotal makes this a minor point for us.

Location size and convenience

Electronic check in.. didnt work efficiently. People waiting while staff waited nearby

The location is really good. The hotel is located in the building above the subway station. The hotel is also near by the shopping street which included restaurant, drug store and supermarket.The price is affordable for staying several nights here.The staffs were willing to help when we had problems.

Although we had a mild allergic reaction after our first night,the staff quickly changed the room for us the next morning. Thanks to the staff who worked at 9/25 afternoon and 9/26 morning!

Very clean. Beds comfortable. Quiet despite being located (conveniently) near the Koenji train station.

There is an option for breakfast at Deny’s on 2nd floor, but we preferred option out of the hotel. This is minor.

Automatic check-in available.At the beginning and end of the automated check-in process, it has greeting by an attendant staff through web camera. if there are any questions, you can clear at this time.I think that the hotel's check-in security system has been UPDATED as a result of the hotel's renovation this summer.
