The bunk bed was cute.

The room is way too small and the cost is high for such a small space.

Breakfast was great. Rooms clean.

Small problem was that you could not get to friend's rooms on a different floor without them takjng you.

Location and cleanliness. Bigger than most rooms in Tokyo.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They included anything we needed like toothbrushes, combs, razors and face wash. They served a variety of teas and had complimentary pastries in the evening. I really enjoyed their breakfast (additional fee) but worth the price! The location was great as well. They also held my baggage for me complimentary for a few hours until I was ready to head to the airport.

Location was perfect for our family to stay for the first 2 days of trip in Japan. Staff were very nice. Nice “ Help your self” items.

Laundry machine and dryer weren’t clean. There wasn’t much space to open our suitcases.

Rooms were well appointed with comfortable beds.Lovely shower.

No bath in the room or on the property.This hotel needs an onsen. We were disappointed after the great spa area in the B Nagoya

The room was very nice and clean. We like that it has a western bed and not just a matt. Also, the showers here are amazing!

A little busy... not their fault

Clean, sort of high tech. Excellent location. The staff was always helpful. Coffee and tea in the lobby.

Location was ideal and very convenient, especially access to nearby train lines.

Checkin was strictly at 3 pm. A little bit of leniency would have been much appreciated.

Good location, clean, nice service

Good value for its location and room quality. The guests lounge also offers a comfortable place to unwind together with friends who stay at different rooms.

The room cleanliness is good for global standard, although fell slightly below for Japan standard. I am also not a fan of the wash basin being located outside the bathroom and in the same space as the bed (in the room that I am staying in).

Bed was too hard even for me who prefers firm to extra firm beds. the added bed padding was not enough to provide comfortable sleeping support. Other than that, it’s a great hotel with many amenities .
