Charging us a ¥1000 fine for leaving the room 15 minutes late because my wife was still breastfeeding
the location was fantastic. very close to the metro station. Easy transportation to TeamLabs and Tokyo Disney. Would stay here again, just wish I could've located a smoke free room. Laundry facilities onsite.
Wasn't able to find a smoke free room online, I am not a smoker so the floor I was on did smell.
Cozy and non-Japanese speakers friendly.
no iron for clothes.
When I arrived to check in, I asked the front desk lady, and she said there was no breakfast. Note that I have no problem with the location near the stations.
The room isn't good enough; it's not worth the money you're billing me. I am dissatisfied because the whole room was filled with dust on the walls and the air conditioning as well with dust. In addition, the air conditioning position relative to the bed is poor because the air would come onto your face while you sleep.
