East SQUARE Tokyo

Hotel was clean, facilities were great, staff were so friendly and helpful. We were a family of 5 2a 3c (13,11,6) and worked well for us. 5 minute walk to the train station. A little away from the hustle and bustle of the main Tokyo areas which we didn’t mind.

The location, the community is just superb. As well as the location close to the various subway lines – I can’t imagine a better place.

I needed instructions for how to use the convection stove – there were directions to use the air conditioner/heater, and washing machine, but not the stove.

The staff members were very nice, especially Haruna. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but yet convenient to take the subway to many places. The facilities in the room were ample. The in-room washer/ dryer was very nice. The partition of the 2 sleeping area was nice. The lighting and balcony were very nice too.

The layout of the room was a little awkward. The raised sitting area was barely usable. There's no tissue/ toilet paper in the shower/powder room unless you run to the toilet room. Luggage storage wasn't available even though there's a working front desk. The dryer took a long time to dry and couldn't be open until the cycle is finished.

The property is located very close to a couple of very useful subway lines. It has quick access to some of the bigger tourist attractions. The rooms are comfortable and well laid out. The staff, particularly Maya, Haruna and Yu went out of their way to be helpful. Terrific service above and beyond what was expected. Some terrific restaurants and stores a short walk. Close to Lawsons and 7-11’s . Awesome stay thank you

They don’t top-up the shower gels during room clean-up schedule day. StillNeed to go down to lobby to ask for refill.

Everything was good

East Square Tokyo is an excellent apartment hotel, and it was perfect for a family of four like us. The room is spacious, neat and clean and has almost everything you would need during your stay. Special mention to the staff, especially Mr. Yu, who was very nice and friendly and was always happy to help us! Thank you for making our stay comfortable! The location is great and the subway station is just a 1 minute walk from the hotel. Overall, highly recommend this place, especially if you're a family or group of friends!

There are no negatives at all, however just a few recommendations - it would be nice to have a full-length mirror in the room and a dish drying rack - but having said that, it did not hamper our stay or experience in any way!

Washer dryer didn't dry clothes very well. A fold out airer would have been useful but only a minor issue.

Love the huge space and the washer, we used it everyday. Just throw in before you sleep or go out and it will be clean and dry when you are awake/ you are back! The staffs are also very helpful. We have sent luggage from other city using Yamato and airport using airporter. They are able to help receive and send out the luggages! The staffs are very welcoming. It feels great to have someone welcoming you back and sending you off every time you go out. Morishita is also convenient place with 2 line - Oedo line and Shinjuku line where the line is not as crowded but able to reach all the main places with a transfer or a short walk away.

I wish they have more racks. There are enough hangers but not enough racks

Everything was perfect for a family of 4, the staff was extremely helpful and the apartment had everything we needed, the neighborhood was also charming and very convenient, would come back without hesitation

VERY clean, all amneties, great customer service, comfortable matraces, washing mashine. Nice neibourhood, just 2 min walk from metro.

The hotel is near the station (2 subway lines) and bus station. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby.4. We were able to get a glimpse of ordinary Japanese living as we live far from the tourist areas.

Our group love this place. Room is very chic, modern and cleanness. Maid come to clean after 2 nights stay. Facilities are fully furnished. It's have washing machine, kitchen, dining area , living area and 2 separate bedrooms. Staff very nice in English and try to explain how to use any facilities. Location is far from Morishita Sta. only 3 min. and only 2 mins to Family Mart and Sukiya (very cheap restaurant). It's far from Akihabara only 4 stations. We recommended this place.

In lobby area close at 23.00 hrs. Sometimes we need water at late night but it isn't big problem.

The staff are amazingly friendly! The rooms are spacious, clean and very cool. Great for a family.
