A Property is very good and clean,

When I stayed overnight, I had trouble sleeping because every night the noise from the upstairs neighbor was noisy.

Best location close to Ginza line and Ueno station. Both are walkable.

Ver small rooms and a unique smell in corridors.

The staff (Chio) at reception desk remembered us and our luggage tag upon check-in. WOW!!! We stayed there in April 2025. Chio and other Staff Members are also excellent, always greeting us, smiling and thankful. The rooms are clean and spacious. Housekeeping staff are meticulous in keeping the rooms very clean. Location is just a few minutes walk to Ueno Station. Supermarket around the corner is open 24/7. Mimaru is also able to ship luggage to Narita Airport on the day we left when pre-reserved the day before.

Large room when compare to others in Tokyo, very clean room. It's in quiet location of Ueno, not far from Inaricho subway station but little far from Ueno/ Keisei station.

Stayed for 3 nights in October. The hotel is set up for family groups, so our room was a really good size with 2 full beds, dining area with 2 banquets, a small kitchen with stovetop microwave fridge sink and exhaust hood, good sized shower and tub, and a large closet. The decor is standard minimal modern, a few touches of character but comfortable. Location is wonderful, Ueno quickly because my favorite Tokyo neighborhood with easy train access, shopping (kitchenware district is a quick walk), and an overall chill vibe. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our luggage transport from our last hotel and they really helped us out without needing to go as far as they did- really appreciated. Laundry and vending machine on site. I would absolutely stay again, especially if traveling with family.

Sound transference between units (upstairs guests stomping was heard late at night). Floor hardness was a little uncomfortable- but it was consistent with all hotels in Japan I stayed at.

The hotel room was just as I expected it to be, with an intermediate size that made us comfortable for the last few days of our stay in Tokyo. The room was kept clean daily, and the staff was always available to provide whatever necessary support we needed. Another good thing is that we had quick, immediate access to Asakusa District (even walking, or from the nearby metro station), which made the hotel's location very convenient.

Very nice and very clean hotel. The location is very nice and the staff is very nice. I thought the room is a bit smaller than others but maybe normal for Tokyo.

The area. It’s so quiet and there is this sento pretty close I like to enjoy so much!

It was my third Time there and this Time the room was not as cleaned as the previous Time. I was pretty disappointed with the service as well. There was this blonde girl at the desk who had an angry face everytime, no smile at all…i really did not enjoy my stay this Time. Hope I Will the next Time.

The location. Was a bit far from us, there was no bars or restaurants that open after 21:00pm in this area

Great location on a quiet street in Ueno. Rooms were compact and accommodated our family of four easily. The staff were so friendly and helpful with everything from food recommendations to activities.

Hotel aminity was on the thin side, but this is not a big issue.

Great place for family and it has good space for luggages! Room has good space for table and simple cooking, so it was great to buy from supermarket and sushi back for dinner :)

Have to set up tatami by ourselves It would be better if that could be taken care of.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly with directions and suggestions. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. No meals are included, but it is close to many food options. Also very close to Ueno station to catch shinkansen.

The location and facilities at this hotel were excellent. The rooms were spacious and made it easy to relax after a day of exploring Tokyo. The beds were comfortable. The best part were the friendly and helpful staff. One of our children were very unwell and the hotel staff were extremely helpful and went way above and beyond. We are so grateful for their help and will definitely stay here again!

Beds and the bathroom and nearby access to subway. Staff were outstanding.
