Onyado Nono Asakusa Natural Hot Spring

The hotel is set up to enjoy the natural springs and it has a very nice system. The buffet breakfast was very good. Staff is very attentive.

There could be more staff who can speak English a little better. But they are very professional and get the job done, even with a language barrier.

lovely, clean, quiet, comfortable. the onsen was perfect after a long flight and to get out of the cold. tatami mats throughout, view from 11th floor was fantastic.

nothing to speak of! the window on the second floor room opened to a wall. also i wish we would have seen the noodles available in the evening - we walked around looking for ramen but i think the complimentary hotel noodles would have been better than what we found.

Location, staff and facilities

Breakfast was great. Both Japanese and Western selections. Lots of choices and food was very good. Staff helpful. Room was comfortable and had good stand up shower with nice shampoo etc. perfect location.

My only complaint, which is minor, is that the pillows were a bit too firm.

Hotel should have provided extra slippers for roaming within the hotel. Same for the hygiene kits - no replenishment

The hotel was centrally located for the various things to do in Asakusa. We enjoyed the delicious complimentary Ramen at night, easily accessible to different sites, it was clean, enjoyed the hot spring onsen and sauna, beautiful view from our room especially at night, quiet and had blackout blinds, and their staff was so nice and attentive every day. The room was kinda small but we didn’t mind since we were there for three-days only and were traveling with our carry-on luggage only. But if you have some large luggage it might be very difficult to have in room. Also … their beds are low , it wasn’t a problem for us though. And we’re a couple, but we ended up getting a room with two beds to be on the safe side that we would fit comfortably, since other countries beds sizes are different from USA sizes. However this place was nice, comfortable, and highly recommended.

We didn’t like the pillows because they were kinda hard, not sure what material they were made of. We didn’t bother asking to see if they had other pillow options.

The onsen was fabulous, and the hotel provided cold refreshments for after bathing! The breakfast and complimentary late-night ramen were delicious. We loved the location in Asakusa - while a quieter area than Shinjuku or Shibuya, there was lots of delicious food around, and you can get anywhere from the nearby station. Loved being within walking distance of Senso-ji as well!

Room was a bit small with not much of a view, but was tidy and comfortable.

Had a stellar stay at Onyado Nono. Location was central in Asakusa, so close to Sensoji and the shopping street among many other nearby attractions, neighborhoods, and public transit. Onyado Nono's overall style was immaculate. I found my room very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The standout amenity was definitely the onsen, which was gorgeous, relaxing, and also open all night. If you can't sleep due to jet lag, I highly recommend a soak. Also, the breakfast was the best I had out of the four hotels I stayed in on this trip, with the best quality and variety of Japanese and Western foods. If I come back to Tokyo some day, I will definitely try to stay here again.

The pillow in the bed was tiny and very hard for this soft American's preference. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

Smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. If you have a medium or large suitcase, good luck finding a place to open it.
