Pros +
- economical and comfortable, has all you need for a simple accommodation, and quite large room by Tokyo standard
- Good price and location. Basic accommodations, but it has everything you need. It is a love hotel.
- The staff were friendly and kind. Very helpful. Location was very good.
Cons -
- this is a love hotel by day so the vibe is a bit "weird"
- You don't realize it is a love hotel until you arrive. It is not advertised in the description.
- When I got in the floor was dirty - there was popcorn on the floor so I don't think the room was cleaned. Booking the hotel before, the booking.com intro didn't seem to make clear it was a love hotel. Was unexpected. Price made up for more than this.

They offered a lot of amazing gifts and that is always great! The bathroom was amazing and big
It was expensive The room was not clean and the room it was really small
Seved J. breakfast at 8am.
Noisy street noise. Very small room. Expensive. @ $132.
The staff was kind and helpful, but we spent only 1 night here
Under the mattress we found hairs, and also the room smelled like cigarettes. Also there was no keys for the room, you can lock it only from the inside.
There's a lot of cool services! They have free popcorn, cake and ice cream in the lobby. Water pressure was really nice, staff was nice, overall a wonderful value for an overnight stay. Would stay here again.
Room was a little small but that's to be expected for a hotel in Tokyo
Passable
There is problem in Toilet not function well and the air-conditioning is not that cold. Try to fix it.
