TOKYO-W-inn Asakusa

Excellent location for access to tourist attractions as well transportation hubs. The staff is very helpful with directions and also suggesting other options for lodging.

I really enjoyed my stay there! The most important thing for me was the location(10-15min walk to the stations) and cleanliness, they checked both! Staff is really friendly and helpful.

Because of some rooms are crowded, you may find a bit uncomfortable due to the noise that other guests make.

It was great and very very clean, staff was very kind, location was good and calm if you don't like crowded places.. and there was kitchen and balcony view was great..I like everything so you can go without any problems..for price it was middle as well..

Really simple and easy check-in with good facilities. I liked the shelves they had for each bed to store luggage and other items. The location is really nice very close to the stops along the Ginza line and the Asakusa station as well as many restaurants and convenience stores. The lounge has a rice cooker and other utensils that can be used to cook food.

Towels are rental which is not a very big deal, but the front desk closes at 11:00 PM so you cannot get paid amenities after that time, also check-in after that time will cost extra which is surprising, although that time is fine for most people, it can be a little inconvenient.

No breakfast, but the lounge/kitchen were a tremendous amenity! I was tired of eating out, so I grabbed groceries and ate for a number of meals.

Can't really say if anything I didn't like.

Affordable option compared to current hotel prices. Late night check is very convenient.

The heater was turned on during my stay, so it was very hard to sleep on those temperatures. About 10 min away from the Asakusa Station.

Good place to lay your head down after traveling all day. Friendly and helpful staff. I felt safe there as a solo female traveler. The place was relatively clean.

I think there was a man in the women's dormitory, so that was odd. Some of the facilities are a bit old and worn. It's not a big deal, though.

The staff is super helpful and nice, they're glad to help with everything and are very proficient in English, would come back again for sure

Love the location. Good for solo travel if you just need a place to sleep for one night before moving on.

Not recommend people who love shopping and need to pack. There is no room to pack your stuffs except common area which also pretty small but decent size in Japan standard.

Good location, ok beds, clean bathroom facilities.

Not enough space for luggage so everyone is tripping over suitcases in dorm rooms. No other designated storage space.

Not the inn’s fault, but if you are unlucky and your roommates aren’t considerate you might end up having a bad night sleep. But I will still choose this place if I travel solo again to Tokyo.

Horrible room in Asakusa

Everything!! No free toiletries The room was crowded, smell bad, warm as in difficult to breath. The space are narrow, my luggage cant pass to my area. In case of emergency, it will be difficult to exit.Room is on the 4th floor and yet the Shower room is at the basement.

Very clean and organized. The location is great and they provide basic amenities. It was very comfortable and for a fair price!

As a lightsleeper I had one of the hardest nights of sleep since people kept coming in and out throughout the night. The second night I slept with ear buds and was able to actually get rest.

Outer door roof top space was nice to have a cup of coffee and look out to the Tokyo Skytree.

Shared kitchen area was dirty and bottom of the sink was leaking.

I will definitely come back to this hotel again. I lost my passport during my trip. So thankful the hotel staff is so kind and helpful, I can’t speak Japanese and he helps me make calls and found my passport at 1 of the police station. One of the best experiences I had in Japan ??

Wonderful little hostel!! Love the beds with the curtains. Very clean and nice. Quiet area but not far from stations or shopping.

Clean, practical location and kind staffs. I would like to visit again.
