Pros +
- Pretty good location near a train station and not too far from everything. Its a basic hotel room nothing fancy but not bad either. Would stay here again.
- The location was perfect and breakfast was quite good.
- Comfy room layout. Super clean and quiet. Great staff. Everything you expect from a Route Inn.
Cons -
- Is honestly just a little expensive for what it is but I think that's mostly because of the location they can probably charge a bit more.
- I just wish there were more washing machines and some water refilling stations.
- Bed was not the most comfortable. And the room was a little smaller than I'm used to for a Route Inn.

The Location is really good. It is just a short walk from the train station. Lovely staff members and the room is a bit larger than usual double room.
Location
No private onsen, bed very hard, for an extra pillow you need to collect yourself from reception.
Very kind and helpful staff. Make your stay comfortable and joyful. Very nice neighbourhood.
A bit far from Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza, but it s oke!
Place is very very close to the train station, the staff is helpful and very nice, the breakfast was a bit expensive, but worth it; lots of options and all food was fresh and tasty. The room was big enough for two people, and it was clean. Having a coin laundry machine is such a great addition.
I feel the breakfast was a bit too expensive, there were a lot of breakfast options around where you could eat for less.
Asakusabashi is an excellent area to stay in, and this hotel is perfectly situated. The staff were welcoming and very clear in conveying all of the main things to know during my stay. The room was more spacious than comparably priced hotels. The whole hotel was a very smooth operation. A short walk to Asakusabashi station, and you're on your way to Tokyo adventures!
The location is unbeatable—very close to Hiroshima Station—and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were very nice.
The room is very small and can feel a bit uncomfortable when sharing it with another person.
The location is great! very close to Asakusabashi Station which is a very convenient station to move to Tokyo and Airport. On the other hand the staff was really kind and the breakfast was very good!
Without observations.
It was so close to the train station and sensoji temple! The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. The buffet was really diverse and has something for everyone. I really loved coming back to it every night after a long day of exploring
Close to asakusabashi station, lots of great food around. Room was very clean! Coin laundry was easy to use.
Request the second room to be on the same floor, and they delivered by locating the rooms next to one another! Close to a few transit stations. Bus stop directly to Tokyo Station a 2-3 mins walk.
Perhaps nothing they can do, but the onsen water at 42 degrees is way too hot. Lowering a few degrees makes it enjoyable. Dining room offers breakfasts to guests but is not free.
Not big but a very cozy room. Very good location. We were surprised by tokens for five free drinks from the vending machine upon arrival.
We liked everything
Great breakfast buffet, nice artifical onsen, comfortable room. Great for short stays.
We love the onsen experience and the breakfast at this location. Breakfast staff Shirley and gang were super friendly and kind! Rooms were clean and we had a window street view. There are many eateries and convenience stores close by. We would stay here again!
The rooms are a bit on the small size, but we were ok with two twins
It was a clean hotel with very friendly staff and close to metro/train stations. We walked to the station under 5 minutes very early morning and it only took one train to go to Haneda airport. Room size is on the bigger side in comparison to other Tokyo hotels. It's not that close to Shinjuku or other most popular places, takes about 45-50 minutes with train/metro. Since we preferred this hotel on the second part of our trip, it was okay for us so we could also discover Asakusa for a couple of days. Towels were changed everyday even when we chose the eco option for the room cleaning.
The breakfast was not good, we'd prefer less number of items but with more quality. Coffee really needs to be better as we had to go get coffee from 7Eleven. Room furniture can be updated, looked better in the pictures. If you have tattoos, you cannot use the public bath.
We had a good stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location is very convenient — just a short walk from a metro station, which made it easy to get around the city. While it’s not close to major tourist areas, the neighborhood is quiet, with a few restaurants nearby, as well as a 7-Eleven and Family Mart, which were super handy. One of the best things about the hotel was the laundry facilities — being able to do laundry on-site was a big plus during our trip. The room was quite small, but I believe that’s pretty standard for Tokyo. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay!
The bed and pillows were a bit firmer than what we’re used to, so that might be something to keep in mind depending on your preferences.
A shinning point is u do can have a kind of city view. Way better than most of budget hotels in Tokyo, than facing a wall.
NA
The room was quite spacious for a business hotel. The public bath was nice after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel is close to a subway station.
I wished I had a non-smoking room. I had to purchase an air freshener to be able to sleep better at night. The hotel is close to a subway station, but far from a JR station.
