Excellent service by Hiro , and the rest of the staff, very friendly and respectful. The property is very clean complete amenities even smallest details like shower cap , cotton buds , cotton for face , elastic for hair , bathrobes, plates , glass, coffee cups , kettle , welcome goodies , coffee sachet , tea creamer sugar very good for a family . Plus the housekeeping done everyday .. ???. Location close to everything walking distance around asakusa’s temple, Don Q, ROXY, subway ..

Spacious room with 2 beds, futon/couch, small table, and stool. Private toilet and shower in room (toilet and shower separated). Room also had a mini fridge and microwave. Elevator for guest use. Staff was accommodating. Great location for shopping kappabashi street and not a super crowded neighborhood. Saving on our list of places to stay in Tokyo.

Nothing. (FYI: rooms cleaned daily between 11am-1pm, no breakfast options at hotel, maybe 4-6 rooms in total at the hotel).

This hotel is wonderful. Mr Hiroyuki is a great host, he is there to greet you at all hours when you enter or leave. He went above and beyond for us, my wife left her cell phone in an Uber and he got the information from us and called the taxi company to arrange the return of her phone. This was very above and beyond, he also took the time to help get our bags shipped to our next hotel for us. If we get to come back to Japan again I will definitely stay here again. The rooms are really nice and spacious for Japanese hotels and extremely clean. I can’t say enough of how impressed I was with this stay

We loved this condo! Super convenient location—about 10 minutes to the train stations, 1 minute to a grocery store, and just 5 minutes to all the great shopping and restaurants.The host was extremely nice and accommodating; he even went out of his way to get a hair diffuser attachment for my daughter upon request. The laundry service was a huge plus, and the place itself was spotless. The family room was huge (which is rare in Tokyo), and we had individual beds for all five of us, so everyone was comfortable.Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended for families looking for convenience, comfort, and exceptional hospitality

- very nice staff- the room is very very big, with even a couch and living room table. - shower and bathroom seperated- good water pressure- bidet and heated toilet!!- very nice / big light up mirror

- the wifi doesn't really work so it was difficult when searching anytime up- had to use my cell data majority of the time- was charged for 2 guests

Spacious, clean, cozy, easily walkable to train and bus station. Tons of restaurants and stores nearby. Great service and there is laundry service as well.

- Spacious, very clean rooms with practical amenities like a fridge and microwave. - Quiet and safe neighborhood, yet within walking distance of Asakusa’s main attractions such as Senso-ji Temple. - Friendly and helpful staff, even though check-in is partly remote via a virtual reception. - Good value, especially for families or groups — daily housekeeping keeps things tidy.

- Storage in the twin room is quite limited (just a metal rack), so packing cubes or similar helpers are useful. - The toilet compartment is very small. - Wi-Fi can be slow at times. - Takes a bit longer to commute to other parts of Tokyo, as Asakusa is not centrally connected.

For the area, the room was spacious and there was a large dining table. The air conditioning was very appreciated in August!

One of the few places where 5 adults could share the same room. Very affordable, and separating the toilet, sink, and shower made it easier to manage such a large group. Very helpful front desk staff.

Could have been a little closer to town, as this is a residential neighborhood.

Many restaurants and shops were within a short walkable distance. The area is a quaint neighborhood and extremely safe. The very small hotel was located on a quiet street, away from the hustle and bustle. The owner, Hiro, was very friendly and helpful in all respects. Our room was nicely cleaned each day, and the refrigerator and microwave were very handy to have. The room was efficiently arranged and had a little balcony,

Large and comfortable room for 5 persons, the owner was very amiable, helpful and always available, we greatly appreciated the smooth communication in all aspects.

It is really walking distance to everything in Asakusa. We had a good stay, room is spacious enough for 5 people. They clean everyday. The owner was kind enough and accommodated all our requests.

The AC was a little hot for us. Good thing we has our mini fan which was enough to have a good sleep orherwise everything was perfect.

The front desk was always friendly and helpful. Daily housekeeping with new towels and beds made. Good location. Large rooms. Very close to Sensoji temple.

We loved this place! The location was perfect, and the room was incredibly spacious with four beds and a futon chair, easily accommodating four people. The bathroom layout was excellent, with the shower, toilet, and sink all separate, allowing multiple people to use it simultaneously. The building also had a convenient elevator, which made getting our luggage to the second floor a breeze. A huge plus was the effective air conditioning, especially during our visit in the scorching July heat.

I wished the lobby was air conditioned, it was hot.
