Great layout and amenities

All was perfect with the hotel

Excellent location. Room was great

All automated. No front desk and no luggage storage facility

Location and the size of the room was excellent (family of 6). Bathroom amenities were great and it didn’t cause any skin irritation. It would be great if there was an instruction manual on how to separate the rubbish (hope we did correctly). Communication with staff was great, messages were replied to within minutes. I would recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

The place was big and had good value. Location was great and only a few minutes walk from the station and the area had plenty of restaurants, a coin laundry place, and a convenience store nearby. The amenities downstairs with drinks and cups were a plus too.

We showed up early but no staff were in the building to let us in and we hadn't received our entry code yet. While it's nice that everything is automated, not having a staff person there to answer questions or direct us can be problematic. Unlike most hotels they do not store luggage for you so we had to find coin lockers nearby which only accepted 100 yen coins so that made it difficult having to carry our luggage around and finding the right amount of change for the lockers.

Easy check in and very spacious room.

The water sound effect in the toilet was automatic and I couldn’t turn it off.

The place is very clean and really good for family 5 star ✨

Everything is perfect specially the staff is very responsive. Only downside for me is the check in time is very late than the usual booking areas.

Close to Ueno station Self check in is simple

Snag little hotel close to Ueno Station. It is slightly bigger than the usual Tokyo rooms with a small raise tatami area. I am glad I paid extra for this as we came with our adult son as a family of three There is free coffee and tea available 24/7, as well as cooking and warming facilities and a dining table in the lobby area. The hotel is unmanned. All communication were done through email or message, which were all very clear. They seem to be quick in responding emails too

Generally the place is clean and relatively new. However, we are a silver fish on the bed one day. I like that the toilet is separate from the shower. Having a kitchen and a seating area in the lobby is excellent. The proximity to multiple train stations and many food options are definitely the reasons that I would recommend this place. Some oblivious guests may speak loudly late at night to disturb your sleep. Perhaps, a sign to remind them to keep their voice down would be helpful.

You need to give yourself time to go through the check in process before arrival. No reception staff and to get the key codes you have to complete documentation and send photos of your passports.

Was totally staff-less, all digital, pretty cool

No way to contact staff, our aircon had some issues, and we didnt know if we could leave our luggage there on day of checkout

Location is good.

I think the bed is the thing i don't like it made of the memory foam it makes my backache when i wake up. When i sit and sleep we sink down into the bed.

Location close to UENO Station and Kappabashi St is very convenient, but the hotel is still in a very quiet area. Self check-in and check-out process was simple.

Rooms were nice and big, plenty of room to put your luggage. The bed was super comfy and the room had everything you needed. Nice, quiet area. Free drinks and little snacks in the lobby area were a lovely touch!

There was no where to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, but you can store your luggage easily at the train station nearby.

Location excellent, so close to Ueno station made getting around very handy.

Pillows were a bit rough compared to what we are used to.

Excellent facilities (closer to 4 star hotel facilities for the room) and location is great. 5-10mins walk from Ueno station.Room was very big (for Japan) and has a japanese living room section to it, in addition to the bed area. There are futons stored so the living room can also be turned into a sleeping area if required. The bed had functions for massages etc which was a pleasant surprise.

Very clean and spacious.

No indication this is a self service facility. This was a problem for us because there was nobody to accept our luggage even though we called and made them aware the luggage would be arriving.

It was clean and surprisingly spacious. They even have coffee/tea/miso soup vending machine. The location was walking distance to the train station.
