The location was great and the staff was kind.

It was so dirty. The first room we were given had toe nail clippings on the bed, the stool in the room was absolutely disgusting and the bathroom door didn¿t hit the ground. The staff did their best and moved us, but I kept thinking about how dirty it was

The roof deck overlooking the river is wonderful, a place to work,eat or drink. The location is only a few doors down to one train line exit & only a block away from another train line,making it easy to get to other Tokyo districts & Narita.

The wifi does not reach the roof deck, unless you have a room on the top floor.

The location is just next to a train station and in the center of everything. Staff ate very courteous and helpful. The rooms, while small, are very clean. The towels and bed linens were super white and of good quality. The rooftop view is spectacular.

Despite the room bring small, the place is super clean.

- the toilet/bathroom is really small, everything is cramped- the toilet/bathroom has a higher elevation and coming down from it is quite a challenge and guests need to be careful. A sign may be helpful.

Just near to asakusa station asakusa line when you go out using the elevator its the first hotel

There some renovation in 12flr observation deck which has a beautiful view of tokyo skytree

This hotel for the price is great! It’s clean and cozy, the shampoo is better than most chain hotels. There are complimentary amenities in the lobby, 24 hour checkin, rooftop terrace, every morning free bread and juice box. Hot water, AC/heat, free pajamas and slippers. Fabric spray, closet with hangars. Space under the bed for suitcase! Tv in room, free wifi, free tea and soup.

There was only one outlet in the room, and I would’ve liked another pillow.

Location was great. Just next to Asakusa Station in less than 3 minutes walk.

Overall, our stay was good and the reception staff were helpful, except for one experience during check-out on 28 December around 9:00 AM.We requested luggage storage until 2:00 PM and agreed to pay the additional fee, as free storage is only until 1:00 PM. The hotel allows up to three pieces of luggage for free. We only had a neck pillow attached to a carry-on, but it was counted as an extra bag and an additional charge (around 2,000–3,000 yen) was requested.Although the charge was eventually waived, the communication and attitude felt unnecessary for such a minor issue, which slightly affected our overall impression.

Room was small but honestly that’s all you need in Japan. It has everything you need.

Great location and room had nice view. Also roof top access was nice for view. Only thing is bathroom on the small side making it hard to get into tub.

very helpful staff and the location was great, elevator to asakusa station right next to the hotel, 7/11 right across the hotel, 10 minute walk to sensoji temple, and a shopping street near by, they stored our luggage until we came to tokyo for two days its free, i would definitely recommend it and would come back here!

the rooms were a bit cramped but i guess that would be normal for tokyo hotels.

Location near Asakusa station. Nice view of Sumida River.

Small room and tiny bathroom

The room had everything I needed: a comfortable bed, mini refrigerator, magic Japanese toilet, and a view of Tokyo SKYTREE. The rooftop terrace had great views of the river. The hotel was convenient to the Asakusa and Ginza lines, and a Family Mart was across the street and a 7/11 about a block away.

Room was tight but comfortable, and the space under the bed helped organize the luggage. Location was excellent, right by Asakusa station and walking distance from Sensoji and Sumida river There's a rooftop with an excellent view of the surroundings and the Skytree. They also offered one bread and juice as breakfast included in the price, so it was a life saver.

The mattress was a bit thin and felt uncomfortable. Since the infrastructure was compact, they couldn't hold our luggage after checkout, offering a partner storage service that's a few steps from the hotel - not bad, but a bit of a hassle nonetheless.

Location. Well functioning aircon and remocon that we had great and long night sleep. Staff being able to respond to our need (information on transportation). Nice view from rooftop. It seemed that ice can be requested. Free light snack for breakfast.

Smallest room we’ve seen (This is our sixth time in Japan) which resulted in several times of little injuries from tripping and hitting. Hard time packing suitcases that we needed to do it on bed. Bathing space would be difficult for average sized Westerners but no problem for small Asians though.
