The location and the staff were great. Close to the Habiya subway line and to the okachimachi JR station so it's a breeze to get around. The staff were also very friendly and helpful when I asked about renting more pillows.

The rooms was very very small, a lot smaller than the pictures made it seem. The bed was also not comfortable, very very hard. We were also only given two pillows so renting more from the front desk is essential, although that is free which is good.

Comfortable room, spacious bath, and convenient location. The free coffee was also well appreciated!

A closet would have been helpful, but we made do!

Property was clean in a quiet area of Ueno, close to transportation, food/restaurants, and lots of shopping. Staff was welcoming always greeting with a smile. Lobby has area to pick up any toiletries you may have forgotten at home. Also provides hot and cold drinking water. Front doors lock after 11p and entry by passcode after 11p.

A nice, cosy hotel tucked away from the busy street. There’s a Daiso and Takeya within a five-minute walk, which is very handy for shopping, and Takeya also offers tax-free returns. The hotel is in a neighbourhood area with a park nearby, which is great for families like us with kids. It’s about a 15-minute walk from Ueno Station. The standard twin room is great—well-designed, modern, and the bathroom is spacious. I love the small kitchen area on the fifth floor where you can heat up meals and wash dishes, and the ground floor where you can make yourself a cup of tea. There’s a laundry area, but the dryer doesn’t work very well—after an hour and a half my clothes were still a bit damp (and they weren’t winter clothes). The reception is friendly, and while the hotel is modern, the lift is quite old.

Everything was very pleasant and the hotel staff were very welcoming! The hotel is a bit tiny, but I booked the economy double room. The room was small and I was amazed at how it could fit a shower and a bathroom inside, but it was very nice and cozy and it all worked well for my stay! I also loved the different floors with everything you need such as floors for reheating food, doing laundry, and a vending machine for drinks. The location of the hotel was convenient for me since Akihabara is nearby so you could just walk to and there are train stations close by for when you need to go across the city. There were many konbini and restaurants around as well so that if you need something real quick, you can walk around easily! The walks back to the hotel were very nice and quiet! If I come back to Tokyo, I would love to book here again!

I really enjoyed my stay, so there is nothing I can really think about that I didn't like. This'll be more of a warning though. Pay close attention to the instructions the hotel staff gives you especially when it comes to trying to enter and get back into the hotel between 23:00 (11 PM) and 8:00 (8 AM). YOU WILL BE LOCKED OUT for that time being, so pay close attention to whatever they say and give you because they will tell you on how and what to do to get back in. Can't remember what time I tried to get back into the hotel, but it was a little after 23:00 so maybe 23:05ish. Tried to get in, but instructions given weren't working until maybe 15-20 minutes after so if you arrive a little after 23:00, you might have to wait a little bit to get back in. Whatever happened to me might not happen after 23:30ish, but if you plan to stay out late, keep the 23:00-8:00 time frame in mind.

The staff is so helpful and friendly.. the hotel is located in a living neighborhood, very quite. 2 convenience stores are nearby and train stations are 6 and 10 minutes of walking distance.

The rooms are extremely small.. but i guess its a tokyo thing. There is a laundry machine and a dryer but unfortunately no place to hang delicate clothes

It was good enough for overnight stay in Tokyo. The place was clean, bed was comfortable. Close enough to the train/metro station.

The check-in is only till 23:00, so it was a bit stressful to get there on time from Narita airport. If we were staying in Tokyo longer I would not have choosen this place - it's a bit small for two people with luggage.

The room accommodations were great and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful and could speak english. Really enjoyed my stay and was conveniently located near kobini's and some restaurants.

Very comfy beds and clean all around. Really enjoyable stay and they even had a regular size tub/shower! Staff was friendly and very helpful even allowing us to store our luggage after checkout.

I love the location, the cleanliness and staff service. I felt pretty safe as a solo female traveler.

The room is clean. The elevator closes fast, so you need to hold on to the open button to move your suitcases on time.

The hotel does not provide breakfast, and for the cost you are paying, sometimes you can find the same deal with other hotels that provide breakfast.

The room was fantastic. Spacious, very clean, comfortable and all the amenities we could need. The beds were comfortable, the heating was great, the water pressure in the shower was also very good and a real relief after flying all day to get there. The staff were also fantastic, they were so helpful and accommodating about our check in and check out and the process couldn’t have been easier for us. The neighbourhood is also very good- it’s quiet and I think quite residential, but there are training stations connecting to all parts of the city very closeby. Lots of konbinis and restaurants around too, and walking distance from Takeya which is a great supermarket and Daiso on the top floor. Can’t fault this hotel and want to go back already. Thank you!

Street lights outside deep through the windows and do make it feel like the early morning all night long, but this isn’t a problem if you’re tired from a big day :)

The hotel gave elegant and modern vibes which made the stay very comfortable . Definitely no more than 2 people because the room is pretty compact. Luckily the bed has luggage storage underneath which saved up on some space . If you’re mainly out and about then this property is really convenient and has all the amenities you need
