River view

Room carpet dirty (fingernails cuts from previous guests), not cleaned even after complaint. Not well maintained building.

The breakfast is good. All the staff is nice. The hotel is elegant. The price also very affordable for the consecutive nights. Then the location is quite practice since it's near from Kiba Station.

Small space elevator & lobby for that big hotel

Location is good.

The window of my room didn't close well so noise and wind would disturb me during the night. The bathroom sink was broken and there was some mold in the corner of the bath tub.

you can book for a parking lot, staff are friendly, very clean, has laundry room

not in a very convenient location, room is pretty small, not suitable if you have a large luggage

Nice spot between 2 train stops. And it hard to find.

The cleanliness was not the best. Found hairs in bathroom when we checked in. Also very dated only would give out one room key for a room.

perhaps best visiting during spring as i can inagine all the sakura bloom on its yard on the river bank 5 mins walk from Monzen Nakacho exit 2location is bit far from everywhere, but Tokyo is indeed a big city whwre you always need to jump to train anyway

we stayed for 5 nights and not single day has thw room cleanedwhen checked in i was told that day 1 and 2 ia eco clean and generql clean is day 3but when the cleaner come on day 3 he refused to cleanso yeah 5 days without cleaning not rwally good in that location isnt best for money value

Somewhat close to Tokyo Station.

Old hotel, and the other staff at lobby were not welcoming. No complimentary water given. Water from bidet is very hot.

The building is kinda old and not completely soundproof I can hear sounds from outside

It was the cheapest I could get last minute

When I arrived the lobby was full of angry people. The staff were very abrupt and rude which was weird for me, after living in Japan for 6+ years I've never experienced such rudeness. When I got on the elevator a grumpy Chinese man shouted at me because the elevator doors closed on his friends. The elevator doors were scary fast at closing( and the elevator was full anyway so I don't know why it was my fault?) he also yelled at me and followed me off on my floor because he forgot to press the button for his floorand yelled at me again. Terrifying but the staff had been so awful there was no way I was going to get help from them. Booked a non-smoking room because my lungs and throat are sensitive to smoke. The room STUNK of cigarettes. They refused to change my room. The vents and air conditioning unit were filthy. Ended up getting norovirus from the room. I was traveling with 5 other people but I was the only one that stayed at this stupid hotel and I was the only one that got sick. Insult to injury, noticed the next day that the floors were covered with dust so I had to find a laundry to wash my clothes so I didn't trigger my father's allergies for the rest of the trip. Worst hotel I've ever been in. Better off sleeping in a manga kiss.

The room was comfortable

There are no enough switch connectors to charge our phones. We were three people; when we try to move the Tv table to find switch connector we could not used them because they were full of dust. Cleanness is not good.

The location was alright, near shops and train stations.

The aircon was never cool. There was a stench in the toilet and room. Toilet was not clean compared to the first room I booked a few days before.

I got twins room for one person. It is big. Bath room is just small normal.

Room was on 13th floor. I can hear the wind howling. Many Chinese guests stayed on those days. They were talking loudly from one room to others. Plugs socket in my room is that normal in Japan or Hotel did not do proper maintenance yet, it was totally loose outside near room table. I did not bother that much. Apart from that near to Kiba station view from my room is lovely. Lawson and Family Mart are around in the area.

Very good location, very good staff, room is near and clean.

It doesn’t have heater. AC contains only cooling. No heating.

The breakfast was good, coffee was delicious. Location was a little farther than we expected, but was still ok.

Nothing was bad, we had a good experience.

Great location. A little bit walk for nearest subway (about 300-450m). A standard business hotel with slightly small rooms.
