The biggest issue is that the bed they sold us as a large twinbed was not. A bed of 1,05 meter is not a twin bed. You can not sleep in that bed with 2 adult people.

The rooms are very tiny. We had to pile our luggage on top of each other. It was two full size beds pushed together. Front desk staff speaks very little English

The location is decent. It's roughly a 10 minute walk to Akihabara station.

The room was dilapidated and had a strange smell. The worst part is that windows could not even be opened to let in some fresh air. The breakfast option is nothing but a (disgusting) cold prepackaged meal that you have to pick up yourself from the frontdesk and eat in your room.

The property was fairly close to the station like 10 min or so, so that was nice. Everything was as I expected from the pictures and the staff was able to accommodate my late check in due to flight delay

The proximity of the place to the train station is close. The cleanliness of the rooms is very efficient. There are restaurants nearby. The convenience stores and market places are a 5-minute walk away. Also there is even a sanctuary between the hotel and the restaurants that are next door.

No place to leave the luggage on check out day, its very surprising in a hotel in a big city, and not a specially cheap one at that.

Even though it's located near Akihabara, it's still a bit of a walk to get there, and quite a distance, maybe a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest JR lines train station, but the subway is nearer; about a 7 minute walk.

Great location and clean, functional hotel. The rooms offer solid comfort for the price and the size was sufficient for a solo traveller. All the necessary amenities were provided. The staff were polite, friendly and patient. All in all the stay was a very pleasant experience.

The location was great- about a 10 minute walk to Naka-Okachimachi station which was easy to travel to from there, 15 minutes walk to Akihabara, which during our stay was really convenient. The initial travel from Narita to Asakusabashi to the hotel was a little frustrating but still easy none the less- no unexpected stairs or steep ramps. Also- microwave and kettle in the room!

The room was small and faced a wall- even though we were using the room basically at the end of the day- it's still way too cramped for 2 adults (let alone, with a small child.) If you're alone, its probably comfortable, but if you're a couple, it gets very overstimulating. The front desk girls spoke very little english and were not helpful at all, also, they don't do luggage transport at the front desk!

I was relatively close to the Ueno Station. Walkable area. Clean room and facilities.

Probably the smallest double room we have stayed in. We booked breakfast, but instead of in house breakfast we were given vouchers for a cafe 500m away, which works ok if you go after checking out, or on way out for the day.

Personal bathroom and big bed.

I lost my t-shirt after I checkout. I ask them about it by online chat if they found it, but they didn't response. After I went back again to hotel it has found.

It was clean for a small hotel and the room was huge

The location is great as there are a lot of entertaining activities nearby. You have to walk a bit though. The facilities are okay.

The staff are not really instructive (but they are nice though), when I ask for early check-in they just simply said I can't. They did not explain and tell other options until I asked.
