Bed was hard. And location was far away from center of Tokyo.

Location, next to seven eleven and shopping center is across the street.

Room was bit tiny.

We stayed one night before flying out to go to TeamLab Planets. It was a short walk to TeamLab and accessible to the airport by a short Uber ride. Hotel was clean, nice shower and breakfast buffet was great! Definately recommend!

Front office staff customer service was excellent. They helped me to book another hotel Disneyland shuttle service through the hotel app

A bit too expensive.More than half an hour by bus to reach the city center.

There myself and my spouse only. We got the r 3 beds so we put our luggage on one bed. Otherwise it would have been too small. It was clean.Location! The fish market was really wonderful to go to. You get the wharf vibe without the big crowd of Tokyo. We had the best sushi in Toyosu. Also took a cab to the fabric town- the best place to find fabric that you can see and touch for yourself.

Rooms very small. Just keep your stuff organized.

hotel location is easy to find with Google map, and from hotel, its convenient to take metro or shuttle bus to Haneda international airport. it is a nice experience.

Small but comfortable room. I was at a trade show so I spent little time in the room. It would have been too small if I wanted to spend more time in the room. Not the most convenient location to explore buy foot. It was a little expensive.

Dirty, guests were out of control, useless front desk

Room was not very clean. Stains on walls, shower door was foggy with soap scum. Showerhead in both our rooms sprayed in crazy directions and only about half the water came out because the nozzles are clogged from not being cleaned well. Elevators always smelled of smoke. There's no room phones, which is inexcusable for a hotel claiming to be premium. Also the rudest guests I've ever encountered that the front desk did nothing about. Every night (even as late as 11pm), the lobby was so packed that you could barely walk through it, and the crowd sometimes spilled over outside. The first night, two Chinese women who looked 40 in the face but acted like they were 4 were running like children around the packed lobby and ran into me, and when i told them off for running away and giggling instead of apologizing, their boyfriend tried to follow me into the elevator to fight me (but chickened out and just stood there glowering lol). The second night, a Chinese couple rudely cut off my disabled friend on the way to the elevator, then stood in front of the buttons and pettily refused to press our floor button and made us reach awkwardly around them. The third night, a huge group from Qatar had completely taken over the lobby and front desk outside, and some young men who were fist-fighting started harassing and calling after the woman in our group, and we had to walk awkwardly a long way around them to avoid confrontation. The hotel can't control the guests, but they absolutely can keep the lobby from becoming so packed and rowdy, especially late at night. The front desk should stop behavior like adults running around their lobby like children and fighting outside the door and striking or harassing other guests. We gave them a prefilled Yamato waybill to ship luggage at checkout, and they seemed to understand though they didn't give us the receipt when we asked, but we got an email a few hours later asking again where those luggages were going.

The room sizes for Tokyo were great, the view, proximity to shops, restaurants, Teamlab Planets & Legoland Discovery Centre. It was quiet, safe & the staff were really friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and the place was spotless.

There is a shuttle from the train station but unfortunately it didn’t match up with any of our travels and we felt it was too cold in the winter air to be hanging around waiting for it so we had to walk more when we were already very tired.

The staff can speak English.It is close to the 24-hour Aeon shopping mall, allowing you to shop for groceries even at night.

The room is smaller than it appears in photos, and there is limited space for hanging clothes.

Very comfortable hotel, amenities and facilities were excellent. Great location, within walking distance to two train stations. Very large and comfortable bed.

There was limited storage in the hotel room, due to the size of the bed (it was massive!).

Loved this hotel! Reception was very friendly and room was clean. Loved that we got free water in the lobby and it was relatively close to the train station (about 10 min walk). Would stay here again.

I was only at this accommodation for one night before I flew back home, but it was a good location for visiting Teamlab Planets and there was a good shopping centre across the road for grabbing food and snacks. Also very close to train lines and buses. The beds were very comfortable and the small fridge was handy as well.

A later check out would have been nice, even just 11am.

The room was small, fits 3 single beds. No space to open my luggage on the floor. Only one stool in the room.Pillows were small and too soft. Had to request for more.Not enough vending machines in the hotel.No swimming pool for children. Only one outdoor onsen in the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Ueno! The location was perfect for exploring the city and accessing transit, making it a breeze to get around. The room was comfortable and cozy, offering a great place to relax after a day out. Check-in was straightforward, and the staff were friendly and accommodating for English speakers, making the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for convenience and comfort in Ueno! Also there was a great tasty and very affordable breakfast in the morning.
