Clean rooms and good price for private rooms

Very clean and nice. Close to everything.

They require you to leave between 11 and 3 pm, which makes sense but is annoying if you are not checking out that day and need access to your stuff

Everything, very confy and clean, has everything that a traveler needs and the staff was super generous! Very well located as well.

I was in 'solo room' it was great, way bigger bed than i expected, actually real king size..the wooden paneling of the walls makes it look really cozy..super nice and helpful stuff i would definitely come again ?

Neat, and bunk bed are bigger than I expected. Room and toilets are clean. Staff are helpful.One of the best capsules I ever stay! Certainly will come back here again. Location not the closest to asakusa, but within walking distance I found many interesting places along the way.

Maybe the bed is water bed? If you’re on the bottom bed, the squeaking noise from above may annoy you. If you’re sensitive with that, ask for top bed

The place is pretty, the staff is amazing, the facilities and ammenities provided are just perfect.

On the last nigth, I started to note a red rash in my entire body. It stinged pretty bad tomorrow morning, Im pretty sure they have a bed bug problem.

It was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly which really helped with this being my first solo trip, and being 18 still rather young. There is a washing machine/dryer combo that is available without reservation which costs about ¥400 for a full load. The toilets and sinks were very clean, but I did notice some mold growing on the shower ceiling and higher on the walls. It should be an easy fix with some watered down bleach though. The location is phenomenal with about a 15min walk to Sensō-ji shrine in Asakusa (as well as Hoppy Street). The building itself was located in a more quiet part of Asakusa with easy access to multiple stations functioning on different lines, making it easier to get to any of the more tourist centric areas. I’m ~6’4”(~195cm) and I had more than enough room in my bed, so as long as you’re 6’6” and under you should be fine. They have a few cameras that you can borrow for the day(I think it may be free), I have my own so I never used any but it’s nice to have.

Again the mold in the shower room was a little off putting as it looks like it may be black mold. There are no key or code operated lockers for luggage storage for those staying in the dormitory.

Great location, friendly staff, super clean

The cubbies were huge compared to some others I’ve been in. The bed was so comfy and I loved having a personal safe, hangers, and lamp!

Wish there was some more showers. I never had an issue waiting for the showers but it would have been nice just to have more than two showers on each floor.

I stayed in a single bed room with shared bathrooms. It's a good deal in general. 40 mins from shibuya, 15 mins from Asakusa, etc. It definitely met my expectation.

Shared bathroom is a bit inconvenient, but for this price, it's absolutely worth it.

THE LOUNGE, I EVEN WORK FROM 9 to 4 because I really need hot water due to I have cold allergy

Maybe because I got the upper bed, so I did not realize that I made my bed dirty and quite difficult to rest

The room in general is very clean. Decent space on each bunk beds. Very clean bathroom

Location is excellent, not too crowded but easy to access public transport, and has a lot of hidden gems. Walking distance to Ueno if you want to take a longer walk.

There is very little communal space due to the coffee shop that opens on the first floor.

The location is very close to Kuramae Station, making it convenient to travel around. The rooms on each floor were cleaned every day. The bed was comfortable and the dormitory was spacious. All of the staff were super kind and friendly.

Location was great and facilities were clean. Staff were also nice.

I liked how cool the lounge was at the first floor.

It was waaay too hot in the room. Needs better ventilation.

I have been to many hostels in my life and this one is one of the cleanest and best managed. The layout and amenities are very thoughtful. They even do free camera rentals.

Super convenient location. Easy access to various train stations. Spacious bunk bed. Facilities was clean. Super friendly and helpful staff.

The water temperature in the shower is a little bit tricky to adjust.

Double, triple security?A hotel with cafe in the 1st floor, so we’ll never really feel alone, the staff friendly and helpful.I choose the private room for my last days in Tokyo, they provided a bathub not only a shower, it is one of the best decision in my trip, because I got spaces to repacking my 2 lugagge without worrying about anything else (including location, shower, etc). The place is near to Asakusa Donqi and other souvenirs place (Halal-Ya) aswell.One of the staff could speak Bahasa and I’m in awe haha, thank you for welcoming me in the hotel, see you soon again Japan!

Cheap and convenient location.

Smelly room. Staff too casual. I just think a hostel isn’t our style. Neighboring bed found a bed bug and we had to find another accommodation the same day. The exterminator wasn’t scheduled to come for two full days.
