    Pros +

    • Spacious for my party of 4 and it was clean. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a plus!
    • The host is very accommodating and helpful. The area feels very local and is close to the station. The apartment is comfortable.
    • This place ticked all the boxes. Amazing location. 2min walk to the JR line, and 10min walk to the metro line. The train took me straight to Narita Airport which is a bonus without having to get on and off other connection trains. The place is spacious for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. To get my kids to say, good job booking the place is a miracle and they did with The Sun House. The only issue was I had to walk up 2 flights of stairs but once I got in the place, the pros out weighted the cons. The surrounding area is full of convenience store like family mart, Lawsons, 7-11 and even a mini Aeon grocery store. If you get hungry at night, a good number of restaurants in the surrounding area which closes at 11pm. Overall 5star and will definitely return to this accommodation on my next visit to Tokyo.

    Cons -

    • Difficulty entering the main and room touch pad entry doors, but staff resolved issue at a timely manner.
    • walking up 3floor
    • Could hear other toilets flush

This was a beautiful well appointed little apartment in a fantastic location. Steps to a main train line and a 7-11. Our local tour guide mentioned several times what a fantastic location it was. Fit 5 of us very comfortably and we appreciated the washer dryer.

    Could hear other toilets flush

Very good location, easy access to every thing, subway, restaurants, convenient stores. Very friendly staff.

No elevator, but not a big problem for us. Staff offered to help carry our luggages up and down

Best Japanese-living style hostel we've been to. And although there's a master bed, sleeping on a futon was a welcome experience. Very cozy place. Near all the usual amenities (train station, food, attractions, etc). Perfect place to stay in Tokyo. Definitely will book again.

We stayed on the second floor and you have to carry your luggage by stairs, which can be challenging if your bags are a bit heavy.

Lovely place with very nice accommodations. Spacious apartment for our family of four and conveniently located near two train stations. Lots of cute and lively restaurants and bars in the neighborhood.

It's clean, comfortable and easy to access. They were accommodating to us leaving the luggage there for extra time. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient for a family to share. The washer/dryer took 5hrs to do my laundry but it came out excellent. Would recommend.

    It's a bit far away.

Comfortable for 4 people and nice to come back to after a long day of sightseeing-Convenient to train and 7/11 stores

    Not a thing

Location location location. It was the best location. The metro was a 2 min walk and we could be in the city center in 20 min. The hosts were amazingly accommodating! They let us check out late since our flight was in the evening and that helped us a lot. Also we were able to take only 1 train directly to the airport and not have to switch. That was really a bonus when you have to schlep heavy suitcases with Japan shopping around! I would go back to this place in a heartbeat ?

    Nothing really!

    10DanielPosted on: 8-31-2025

Great location (close to great food options and lots of shopping, anime/ manga related and otherwise) and beautiful rooms. I ended up checking in the next day and host provided a lot of flexibility with check in and check out. We will definitely book again.

Clean and up to date. Close to train station. Had washing machine. Very nice!

Easy to find, everything was previously talked and was sent instructions to review. The apt. was very spacious (we are a family of 5, 3 children ages 9 and younger). It has everything we needed, was sparkling clean, it is very bright and modern. We enjoyed everything about it. The location was very convenient to metro station, multiple convenience stores and restaurants around it, quiet and safe neighborhood.

I have nothing to say here!

The place was clean and comfortable. Service is good as well.

The stairs are very narrow and not suitable for picking up large luggage.

Vey nice apartment house near Asakusabashi station with everything new inside. Good for families!

    10ChristinePosted on: 4-20-2025

Property location was great, very close to train station and restaurants. The property was very clean and provided all kinds of amenities, dishes, toiletries, towels, laundry detergent. Check in was easy and staff was very responsive.

    No complaints.

Very responsive, helpful and understanding. They set up a crib for our baby and also told us where to get diapers as well as help further accommodate us since my baby was feeling sick. Also, we really liked that they had a luggage storage

    8MarlenePosted on: 3-21-2025

Our stay was comfortable and 3 minute walk to train station. There is also a 711 right around the corner.

Be ready to walk up some stairs. I was not aware of the stairs and we were on the 4th floor. It actually wasn't too bad except having to carry luggage and stroller.
