    Pros +

    • I like it because it is relatively cheap and the location is great.
    • They respond quickly to our queries. We love its location being near to asakusa and honjo azumabashi station. The staffs were reliable. I like that it is a short walk from the busy streets of asakusa. At night it is quiet which makes our rest peaceful and calm. Perfect for families with small children!
    • The location of the hotel is in a quiet area, and near the subway. Sumida Park and Tokyo Skytree are also very near. The view from the rooftop is nice at night. There are restaurants, cafes, and kobinis nearby as well. The rooms are spacious enough. Although we had minimal requests, the staff are very friendly and very helpful.

    Cons -

    • We went as a family and it could have been better if the TV is a smart tv where we could stream our movies. The TV in our room is for local channels only.
    • It doesn't have room service. You need to go down the lobby if you want to request something.
    • It was kind of pricey for the type of hotel it is and the facilities it offers.

staff were very helpful and friendly. Location of the hotel was very close to the train station and a short walk away from the main city area.

The location was so close to the Skytree and restaurants and shopping.

It’s not as clean as I expected and reception area not as appealing…small .

    7ManuelPosted on: 10-14-2024

Perfect location between Skytree and Asakusa, also close to Sumdida River which is inviting for morning runs.

    Quite small.

I booked this for my parents and care taker. My mom uses a motorized wheelchair to get around and this has an elevator that allowed her to get to her room. And their room is big enough to keep the wheelchair in the room

Very clean facility and staff are all helpful and friendly. We went in July so it was extremely hot. We tried to eat our lunch at the rooftop and wish they have some covering for the heat because it's a really cool place to hang and check out the view.

Wish there was some shade/covering at the roof top so we can enjoy the view and relax there during summer.

Property was functional and it fit 4 people pretty well

They told us to leave our trash every 10am outside our door. But they didn’t so it was a bit messy outside our room and

Great budget hotel with central location to metro lines. 4min stroll to Asakusa line, and 9-10min to Ginza line in Asakusa. Asakusa also has a lot of nice restaurants and sights, including a temple, all within a short walk. Also close to Tokyo Skytree. Very clean and quiet, friendly staff.

Sleeping sofa not very good, unlike the beds.

    8JorinPosted on: 3-13-2024

Excellent location. Walking distance from Sensoji Temple and Tokyo Skytree. You can roam around and go to lots of places just by walking. Near the station exit with the elevator so it was very convenient as we have a toddler with us. Quiet neighborhood. I think the room has just enough space for the 5 of us and our stuff.

I wish they have a daily/regular cleaning service. The carpet was dirty and dusty.

    7ImranPosted on: 11-6-2023

shower was amazing. great views of Tokyo Skytree and convenience of being near to the train station

WiFi was patchy in our room on the 5th floor

    6StevenPosted on: 7-1-2023

Location is excellent. Simple and easy service. Great deck on the roof. Clean and tidy. Lovely bathroom and shower.

Very few hooks to hang anything in the rooms. Became quite frustrating not being able to hang towels, or anything else. Beds were pretty hard.

    5CzarinaPosted on: 6-17-2023

Location was close to Skytree and was useful when traveling.

AC was weak. Room was small. not enough shelves to place stuff. uncomfortable setup.

    4SandyPosted on: 4-27-2023

    good location and friendly staff.

bed mattress very uncomfortable. Sofa beds dirty stains. and carpet dirty stains. didn’t like having to keep trash and dirty towels in room for seven days. for the price would have expected a cleaning service during our stay

    3FionaPosted on: 3-25-2023

    great location

the lady at the front desk didn’t speak much English when we arrived at night with kids. and she wasn’t there the next day. it was noisy - I don’t think family’s are the usual demographic

    8世元Posted on: 3-20-2023

Very quiet neiborhood. Close to Asakusa and conveint store nearby.

Room size small. Reception not always available.
