    Pros +

    • Good location
    • Hotel is clean and comfortable, provided free coffee and tea at the lobby.Location is perfect to metro and hot sightseeing location.Staff speaks fluent English, no communication gaps. The view room is the best choice to see SkyTree directly!
    • The hotel is ideally located in a safe and accessible area. It is close to public transport, dining options, and key points of interest. This made traveling around the city very convenient and time-saving.

    Cons -

    • Room is small
    • It would be better to have more laundry mechanics, better luckily there’s a self laundry shop nearby, it’s also very convenient.
    • Honestly, there was nothing to dislike during our stay. Everything—from the room to the service—was well taken care of, and we had a very pleasant experience overall.

Location is great! Market place and places to eat, all walkable locations. Train stations all around. Although the room was small but still decent, it worked out because we spent most our time out and about.

Not so much of a "not like" but a snag. There are only 2 washers available and it is always being used, especially if the hotel is fully booked. It wasn't an inconvenience. The AC unit may need a little cleaning but it wasn't too bad, just a little stuffy. Overall, it was still a great stay.

There were some amenities which we didnt use downstairs such as coffee. They held our luggage while we looked around. Hotel is walking distance from food, shops and temple.

The price was slightly higher for what you get. We just needed a clean and safe place to sleep. We acquired this room the same day we checked in.

Mainly was attracted to this hotel due to the value.Came across on social media recommending this hotel.Personally, this hotel was worth it in terms of it's price, considering Tokyo.Close to Asakusa attractions and convenient to the underground trains.

I wish the hotel could've organized the luggage transport delivery service to our next hotel but this wasn't offered at this place. Lot of times, Tokyo would be the first point of visit for visitors in Japan, if the hotel could assist further in the area it would help visitors avoid this process as conbini clerks aren't the best in English, although I will applaud the staff who helped me with the paperwork but further processes had to be done by myself. The hotel also didn't have enough laundry machines to accommodate the amount of hotel guests.Rather far away from the likes of Shibuya and Shinjuku, but close enough to Ginza.

Location, friendly staff, free coffee, water, snacks. Love the community area is it. We can have dinner there together as a family of 5. We booked 3 rooms so the common area is good when we want to eat together. Lawson is just across the streets.

    Bathroom is small but acceptable

Great location. Space is a bit small especially the toilet, but that's Tokyo for you. Absolutely value for money. Love the complimentary coffee at the ground floor and the snacks. Good range of amenities. Friendly front desk staffs.

This is more of a budget hotel. As long as you come with that mindset, you would appreciate the other details and thought put in to make guests enjoy their stay.

The location is great with a Ginza line metro station just a couple blocks away (5-7 minute walk) and close to Asakusa & Kappabashi without any noise. In general it was a good spot to catch the metro and go to Ueno, Akihabara and Ginza. The ammenities are modest, no tooth brush nor body towel provided. Room size is also small but it's more than enough for a single person or a couple. You can book some rooms with a view of the Tokyo Skytree though there's a mesh that messes up the view :(You can get some coffee, tea bags and snacks at the lobby.

ammenities provided could be improved, mesh in the window (ruined the view of the Tokyo Skytree a bit)

Friendly staff, coffee machine available at the lobby. Lounge room to relax with vending machine also cold and hot water dispenser.

No elbow room at the bathroom sink.

Great location near the Ginza subway line. Comfortable beds, and nice amenities.

Breakfast is not in the hotel itself, it’s two blocks away in a Chinese restaurant. It was out of our way so we didn’t end up going after the first morning.

    9MichellePosted on: 11-6-2025

Location was great, very central and easy to get to transportation. The hotel staff were friendly and accomodating, very clean in the room and quiet.

A little small if you are traveling with a fair amount of luggage.

LOCATION. Walking distance to train stations, cultural sights, eateries, Uniqlo. Very short taxi ride to catch the Skyliner to/from Narita Airport. We were only there for a day and did not use many of the guest facilities. The hotel was clean and quiet; the beds were comfortable; tea)coffee and little treats available; an American style breakfast was provided at a restaurant a two minute walk away; and they stored our luggage after checkout until we left for the airport.

Limited counter space to place personal items in the room and bathroom so the room felt very cluttered. It was ok for a short stay only.

Staying in Asakusa was excellent. Close to great restaurants and the subway, easy to walk to places or catch a train. Room was clean, and staff were friendly.

We paid for breakfast each day, which was underwhelming. We had to walk to one of two restaurants each morning, not too far away. We chose the location that offered a buffet - it was very limited in options.

I will absolutely be coming back to this hotel and its chains. The rooms were so clean, so comfortable, we got clean towels every day. The staff were all extremely helpful and welcoming. The location was very convenient, right next to Kappabashi street, many restaurants, cafes and Senso-ji temple, the center of Asakusa. Also, it was very close to two main metro lines which made it possible for us to get to almost anywhere with a single metro ride. Very good value for your money. Highly recommend!

    I loved everything.

    10MahaPosted on: 7-12-2025

The rooms were very clean. There was a lounge to re-group, fill up our water bottles, and eat our snacks. Location was great, near Senso-ji temple and lots of shopping possible.

    Nothing. Everything was great.
