The staff was amazing, so friendly, polite and helpful. Liked the happy hour, free drinks.

Great location on quiet street in ikebukuro. Loved the onsen, breakfast, and complimentary evening drinks. Appreciate the safety measures for the women's onsen. Would stay here again.

Location everything was really nice, in the heart of the city

Bed was a little hard

Everything is excellent. The rooms are super comfortable and the shower toilets fantastic. And the personnel super friendly and helpful to me, being a foreigner.

Great location, very clean and efficient, tiny rooms by western standards but they had all amenities needed.

The amenities are wonderful! Onsen, pillow bar, free happy hour and 5 amenities daily! Our first choice when staying in Ikebukuro.

Rooms are on the small side

A very good business hotel. Has an onsen to relax in. Washer and dryer right next to the onsen so you can start your laundry and hop in the onsen while you wait. The wash only cost 200Y while the dryer was free. Hotel had a nice breakfast buffet and a diy bar after check-in. The hotel staff also took care of luggage forwarding for me. There is also a bakery next door to the hotel if you just want a coffee and pastry. The hotel is a good value.

Super hotels are business hotels and as such the rooms could be a little larger for two people though adequate for a single person on a business trip

Welcome bar is unique of its kind. The natural hot springs refresh you and make your skin smoother. The amenities are very pleasant.

I am not sure but the room was not equipped with automatic electric power off system.

Coin Laundry available on third floor. Onsen available on the third floor. Morning breakfast available on premise. Bakery and coffee available next door. 7 eleven and Lawson down the street. Grocery store just down the street. Don Quiote two blocks away.

The onsen and the club lounge was nice.

Rooms are small and bathrooms are extremely small. Refrigerator wasn’t plugged in. Room smelt stuffy!! No room for suitcase.

Breakfast was good. Could have some halal options too.

Cleaning takes 5 hours and you have to stay outside the room for 5 hours . They can make subsets of rooms with lessers hours .

Onsen spa, convenient location, clean facilities and it was great that we could pick different kinds of pillows

In the men’s locker room, I would have liked for the lockers to be the bigger ones where you have a bracelet key. It was just cubbies with baskets to put our clothes in and a limited number of small lockers for your valuables.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The price was excellent, the facility was sparkling clean and new. The onsen was wonderful, and the staff were welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful.

Some lamps that weren't super bright would be a nice addition

I did not like the fact that this is a private Onsen, but they did not allow tattoo's!NO WHERE on their website, did it say this. When I arrived, they gave you a little information leaflet about their facilities and in that, it mentioned tattoo's were not allowed. To my knowledge this is one of the only private Onsen facilities that has this rule. Normally it is only public onsens, that don't allow tattoo's.
