The hotel is clean and a great location. All the snacks and wine in the room is included in the price.

The hotel does not have a restaurant in it. You have leave the premises to go to them. A basic continental breakfast is brought to room each morning.

The bed way too soft, the curtain don't block the lights enough, the location is 45 minutes from Shibuya

The location was nice. We were still in Tokyo but not in the main parts so it felt less busy. But we were still by two big malls and subway stations within 5-10 mins. We loved the room and amenities.

I loved everything about this hotel. The location is fantastic, the room was stylish and spotless, and the staff were incredibly attentive and kind. Breakfast was delicious as well.I would gladly stay here again!

WOW WHAT A GREAT HOTEL. we told the staff beforehand that we are on our honeymoon, and when we got to the room we were so surprised! we had a congratulatory card on our bed, along with little treats wrapped like a present. the room was spacius and spotless. in the bar we had a coffee macine with 4 different capsules, little bags of snacks (nuts etc), a bottle of red wine, apple and peach juice, a little chocolate bar and like 9 bottles of mineral water around the room. we also got toiletries including skin care products, bath salts and hair cllip. we also got 2 bathrobes and the pijamas (which were a bit small i'll admit) and very comfy slippers. The pillows and bed were very comfortable. breakfast included 2 cups of orange juice, corn/carrot pottage soup, coffee, 2 croissants, 2 small buns, 2 yoghurts, 1 blueberry jam and 4 small pieces of fruit. it was small but good! the staff members were so nice, helping, sweet and friendly and spoke great English, we actually really enjoyed chatting with them about their life. The location is very quiet, yet a few minutes walk away from a train station. there's a convenience store across the street. We had to check again the price, because it felt like a luxury hotel yet we booked it for a funny price. value for money is crazy.

The description of the hotel / room we were expecting a larger room. This was our second visit to Tokyo so we understood Tokyo / Japan small room standards. Just wishing it was slightly larger better arrangements. No hooks for towels nor hanging rack. The room had tile in the bathroom / shower but it got really cold that it was not confortable to walk on. Slippers were provided but shouldn't be a requirement to just walk on the tile.

The room was very clean and spacious.The shower and the shower products were amazing.The hair dryer was the best out of all the hotels we stayed so far.The bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast was a bit too simple.The omakase restaurant was at a prohibitive price point for us.

The staff was friendly. They provided all the amenities, breakfast every morning. Super clean.

Everything about this property was beautiful and breathtaking. The rooms were clean, comfortable and cozy. Staff friendly, fun and fabulous. Highly recommend and value worthy.

Laundry service unavailable but found an excellent laundry facility within walking distance of hotel.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The beds are soft and comfortable. The room was gorgeous. This was my 3rd time in Tokyo and I have never enjoyed a hotel as much as this one !!! Idk what they are getting paid but it needs to be tripled. I plan to book this hotel for every stay now.

Amazing amenities, comfortable bed with nice pillows. Free wine and snacks with the room were great and the room service availability was excellent. A truly luxurious stay.

Everything: the beautiful modern design, the spacious room, the lightings, the facilities, the furniture, the smell, the cleanliness and especially all supplies are of high quality and generously provided. Location is within few mins walking distance from Kinshicho stattion, which has both JR/Metro accessibility to major hubs like Ginza, Shibuya, Tokyo Station, Shinjuku, Akihabara, etc.

New facilities. Free parking, free drinks & free breakfast in room. A real bargain

Bed a bit small

This was the nicest hotel we stayed in while travelling around Japan. I have never slept in a bed so comfy!! Place was spotless and the staff were lovely to deal with. It was only 2 minute walk from the subway and trains.

I can't fault this hotel.

The smK Tokyo hotel.Wonderful Hotel with fairly spacious room, convenient location only 5 minutes walk from kinshicho station. Fantastic staff, spoke good English and was very helpful. The bed is very comfortable, the room was extremely clean, we got fresh towels every day, We got lots of complementary items. A mini fridge filled with water, juices, a bottle of wine, a bar of chocolate and we got a decent breakfast in the room every morning. My favorite thing was the smart toilet, I was in love with it?I will kill to have one like it at home. In addition we got lots of extra goodies, including a skin care kit, a toothbrush, razor, hair brush, mouth wash, face towels and even a hair clip, that was replenished every day and considering that Hotels this day are like airlines that unless you pay for the extras you wont get them, I think this hotel did very well. This place is really awesome, I will definitely stay here again.

Nothing. Everything was great. Although I have a suggestion, they should exchange that big chair in the room for two small dining chairs allowing more space to move around the room.
