Perfect location to travel around Tokyo.Easy access to train station. EUNO JR stationEast access by train from Narita airport via Keisei Skyliner.Also, one station to Tokyo Station if taking Narita Express.

Near market and convenience store. We can go to the Airport by keisei sky liner easily

Love the location , its very convenient with combinis and restaurants around the area. Near to the UENO station. Lovely room, quite spacious.

I guess the hotel can properly educate the staff more on how to be more polite and adjust to the guests's request/s. They can speak well English but seemed very transactional.

All the staff were polite and friendly. Toiletries were by the entrance and self serve, which was nice to select only what you needed. The location was convenient and had many food options.

We used both drying machines for 2 cycles (1 hour each dryer). One machine had dry clothing but the other had damp clothing.

The location is really good. Easy travel from the Narita airport using the Keisei Skyliner. Lots of choices for shops and places to eat. Be wary of pricing of food in the area. It can be different for foreigners ( as mentioned if you have done your research ).

Small room which is typical in Japan so nothing against the hotel.

The the room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The staff provided excellent service especially when we needed transportation from hotel to metro station. Highly recommended close to metro and a lot of eatery places nearby.

Amazing location to stay in Tokyo. If you're coming from Narita Airport, take Keisei Skyliner train to Keisei Ueno. An hour train & walking 5 mins to the hotel. Family Mart & 7-11 nearby.The hotel has washer & dryer facility.Amenities available unlimited at the lobby.Good water pressure & hot waterFriendly staffs

Superb location, friendly staff, very accessible to transportation. Wi-fi connection was fast and stable even up to the 14th floor. Laundry facilities on site.

The lint filter on both laundry dryers are most of the time not clear from any lint. There's only one lift available to the facility which actually became a nightmare to deal with when it went out and some customers were advised to use the emergency stairs. Imagine doing it in the middle of Japan summer and your room is in the 14th floor. Also, that damn lift/elevator doesn't have any cooling fans and it gets hot as a broiler during the summer. I hope there are two lifts just like the Hop Inn hotel in Asakusa.

This is our 2nd stay in Tokyo and our first time to book Hop Inn. It is definitely the place where one should stay when in Tokyo. It is very close to the Ueno station and shops, including the Ameyoko shopping area. Walking to and from the station was a breeze! Will definitely book again!

The bath tub drain would emit a foul smell, so we had to always cover it with the rubber plug when not in use.

Good location, friendly staff, great value.

The lift is a bit slow, specially during peak time (morning and evening) when there are a lot of the people who are staying at the hotel are coming in and out. Also, the lift doesn’t have airconditioning thus it gets pretty warm inside during midday and late afternoon.

Super clean , comfortable and very functional hotel despite the small space typical of Japanese hotels

The location was ideal for us. So close to two stations, convenience stores, and a wide selection of places to eat. The hotel is minimal but clean and well-kept. Would honestly stay here again if we ever visit Tokyo again.

The staff was great! Very clean and had everything we needed. Short walking distance from train station to the airport and sky tree. Luggage storage was helpful. Great value in Tokyo.

Breakfast wasn't available to us at the hotel, but the location is very convenient with many eateries close by. It's also just steps away from the Ueno train station where there are easy transportation links to different parts of Tokyo and Japan, plus the Skyliner express train to Narita airport.The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

The room was a bit too small, but I believe it's a rather standard size in Japan. It's nice there is free coffee and tea at the lobby area where there is a sofa to sit on, however, perhaps adding a coffee table to place the drinks next to the sofa would be more ideal.
