A bit outside from center like Tokyo Station but such a wonderful deal. Walking around the neighborhood is relaxing away from the hustle bustle. Check in is beautiful, staff very friendly and so helpful. There was a lounge area with snacks/drinks/games and seating area to enjoy, super cute and welcoming. The amenities was a super cute plus that I was not expecting to be so good. Room was spacious, clean, beds and pillows were so comfy. Will definitely return!

We stayed in a family bunk bed room on the 7th floor with 2 jacuzzi's. Kids loved the top beds and soaking after long days of walking. Location is very close to the main train station. Staff were very kind and attentive. We were able to ship our luggage there 2 days before our arrival. 2nd floor lounge or downstairs cafe was nice to be able to get a cup of coffee and get some work done. Didn't hear any outside noise through the night. Would definetly stay here again

Living space was a bit smaller then anticipated, but its Japan so normal

We are a family of four and the size of our room fit our perfectly. We were floored with the cleanliness and attention to detail in our room. The bathroom/shower/spa was the best part. The staff helped ship our luggage to Kyoto and when we arrived in Kyoto our luggage was waiting for us in our room!

The place aesthetically is very beautiful and pleasing to the eye. The bathroom is huge a bit too big in comparison to the bedroom. The beds are on the floor. They have very nice amenities and the welcome drinks is a really cute thing they do! The staff is also very, very nice

They don’t have windows so for me it was a big claustrophobic.

Design, interior, room size w couch, showers, ambiance of outside patio and staff were all amazing.

No laundry options (washer/dryer) for customers to use if needed. No windows in our room but we were told ahead so it wasn't a surprise.

The room was lovely - we had a family room and it was extremely luxurious and I loved the outside terrace! The sauna was wonderful and the tub was everything I imagined!

The hotel is located very close to the train station on the West Exit. This side of the station is not crowded, which is very nice. There are plenty of food place nearby and the Tobu mall. Room size is big, fit for 4 adults. Great facilities, especially the countertop oven and the speaker. The staffs were very helpful. Highly highly recommend!!!

This hotel is outstanding. Booking for two adults and two children (ages 10 and 12) proved difficult in Japan and so we didn’t quite know what to expect from this room with two double beds. It was more than enough bedding space for the four of us (more like queen size mattresses). The bathroom was crazy with a sauna and spa bath (we didn’t use either but the layout was super). The water was hot. The complimentary pyjamas were a treat. Fresh towels and rubbish removal daily. Beds made up every second day. Lovely ammenities in the room (including a hair straightener!) and even the room’s lighting was well thought-out. Hotel staff were exceptional - kind and knowledgeable. We transferred luggage to our next accommodation and the staff sorted it without problem. They even bowed from the reception counter every time we left in the lift to go upstairs. It really is an incredible hotel experience. Location to the train station was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel.

Clutching at straws here, because there really aren’t any negatives…. Perhaps the pillows were a bit uncomfortable. But we all had no trouble sleeping after big days out in Tokyo!

Great location, the hotel is close to the train station and easy to locate. The staff are very friendly. The room is exactly the same as photo. The room is very clean and very spacious. The bathroom is very big and there is jacuzzi and a sauna room in the bathroom. We had a great stay in this hotel. We wish we can stay longer.

A bit pricey but value for money.

There is a mini sauna in the room. The room was comfortable and I loved the aircon and room ambience.

The hotel was abit hard to locate.

Everything was top notch, from the staff, the check-in process, the family room, the amenities, facilities and the super close location to Ikebukuro station. It was slightly pricey, but when I finally arrived at the hotel, I understand it's value. I would have truly loved to stay more days if I could, cos it totally exceeded my expectations.

This hotel is so well designed and cozy. The rooms are huge by Japanese standards! We had a huge bath tub and a tiny dry sauna in the room. I loved it!

I wish there had been a restaurant in the hotel but this was a very minor detail.

Loved the breakfast each morning! Cleaning service and replenishment of water very appreciated

Wished we could have access to and iron to spiff up clothes and a laundry service that would take and return clothes

Location, modern, good facilities

Hisoca Decor & branding is very thoughtful and you can see the high level of consideration that was put in in the design & hotel concepts. Location is also very excellent. really didnt realize how easy it was to get to all the other districts from train station until after several days and thinking back at our prior stays in other district and hotels to compare to. From room accommodation perspective, having the dry sauna in room was an amazing experience and truly now makes me re-evaluate must haves in future travel considerations.

Consideration to have little desk & chair or other options to support remote work from room would have been a wonderful feature/benefit. Also having some type of common area fitness space would have taken the hotel to the "must stay" for me, personally.

the hotel is so beautiful and i love the sauna in each room, location is excellent, subway station is just a minute away, there are many restaurants and shopping centres around.

however this hotel doesn’t provide any iron and iron board, and no washing and drying machine provided.

absolutely amazing!! such a pretty room, beautiful facilities, spa and sauna were great way to relax after a day of exploring

wish the room came with its own microwave, maybe better pillows. there is a microwave in the guest lounge though so not too bad

Clean, massive bath, comfortable and easy to use sauna. Staff were extremely helpful. Location was excellent.
