    Pros +

    • Very good location near the Shrine and shoppingRoom was large and bright and comfortable lounge area for coffee and nightly beverages.Staff very friendly and helpful Comfortable bed, variety of light switches, and large soaking tub.
    • Perfect location and an amazing room with a gorgeous patio with views of Asakusa and the Sensoji Temple grounds. Staff was lovely and very helpful. Would absolutely book again.
    • The design was very fashionable and pretty. There is a cafe in the first floor and you can enjoy coffee and some sweets.

    Cons -

    • Pricey for the amenities. Bathroom was a step up which was difficult getting used to.
    • Elevator was a little slow given that there was only one and there were no stair options but that was a tiny thing barely worth mentioning.
    • Only thing I want to mention is that breakfast was too salty and I couldn’t finish them. I ordered salad ball, and it had too much Prosciuttos.

Our room was large and comfortable with an amazing deck which would be nice during warmer months.

    5JordynPosted on: 1-22-2026

The staff was very friendly and kind.

It was incredibly hot in the room no matter how we adjusted the thermostat. It was also not kept up well. The walls had scratches and smudges as if it wasn’t cleaned well. For the price I was disappointed.

Loved the experience. Hotel emailed me when I booked the hotel about the bathroom and shower being outside of the room so I was thankful for the communication and transparency. The bathroom and shower amenities were actually great! We had our own private shower (located down the hallway) and the bathroom. The bedroom itself was massive! Really great windows. Also loved how central this hotel was.

The room itself could be a little cleaner, stains on the walls etc.

The location is awesome, everything is near you, and the staff is helpful

I did not like the Moquette/ carpet

Super friendly and helpful staff, great location and in the quieter part of Asakusa.

Breakfast was great, there were three options given: western, Japanese, or salad. Just make sure to speak to the front desk the day before to schedule your time for breakfast! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the views from the room was great. The mattress was soft and the duvet comforter was plush. Great food options close to the hotel and a family mart right next to the hotel for any snack runs. The amenities in the room were great!

The location is tough if you have plans to visit in Shinjuku or Shibuya, about a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest station and a 30-50 minute train ride. The bathroom in this suite only has the half wall for the shower and bath which caused water to get all over.

Delicious, generous, and varied breakfast options. Very clean hotel, comfortable accomodations. Helpful staff spoke enough English to be able to assist non-Japanese speakers. Free umbrellas to borrow made the rainy days more tolerable.

They were generous about storing my bags while i traveled, staying at the Asakusa Kokono Club Hotel for multiple nights. The neighborhood was better than i expected. there was more to do. lots of restaurants. small and more quiet than other very corporate, glitzy, commercial areas. I liked the neighborhood and it was close to the temple. The hotel room was bigger than i expected and the pillows were the most comfortable in all of our Japan travels. 11 am check out was nice.

I wish there was a lounge open all of the time (evenings) so you can get out of your room if you have to do some researching or get work done, without buying tea. They have a lounge i think , but the timing never worked for us to visit it. it was open for paid breakfast and day hours.

The bath was amazing and the water was perfect. Not to mention the view from our balcony. Great central location to everything in Asakusa

Was perfect for everything we needed

I loved everything about this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The beautiful, large balcony was a huge bonus! Amenities were so nice, from bath items to coffee, tea and beverages. The deep soaking tub and bath salts were such a treat after a 14 hour flight! The location is perfect! So close to Senso-ji Temple, Skytree and Hoppy Dori. Train station is an easy walk. Tons of restaurants and shops all around, yet it is quiet and peaceful to stay here.

    Nothing to dislike

    10AnhPosted on: 12-4-2025

The hotel was clean and more spacious than other hotels. The subway station was a far walk but the hotel was near popular shops and restaurants. But just far enough away to avoid crowds.

    9ShiminPosted on: 12-4-2025

Great location. Spacious room. Comfy beds. Loved the pajamas they provided. Helpful and polite staff.

Well located, nice common areas, clean

Room was dirty (carpet omg), beds very uncomfortable (extremely soft).
