Room is very tiny and extremely expensive compare to all the hotels around.

Cleanliness, price and location.

The location is beautiful with views of the Sumida river and Ryogoku center. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the Ryogoku station which was so convenient. The hotel has a very luxurious vibe. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom was a great size given the average room sizes in Japan.

Very strong fragrance smell on the first floor. My boyfriend liked it but I’m more sensitive to smells but luckily it was only on the first floor where only the elevators are.

Location: in front of Ryogoku Kokugikan and near JR station. Short walking to the other side of Sumida River. The room (the corner deluxe king room) was spacious; we liked separation from bathroom and toilet. Room was nice and large.

For the price of this room, we expect the room to be somewhat spotless. Our room was not clean because we saw hair of previous guests, dust on the corners, hair on the sink, drawers, some plastic tape from cooling pad, many reminiscences of previous guests. It didn’t look like the floor was well vacuumed. Seeing someone’s reminder was unappealing. Our room was river side on the 8th floor so the traffic noise (highway running by the river) wasn’t so loud, but it probably be very loud if the room was on lower floors. Stuff was pleasant.

Clean, easy access to trains, modern, quiet

Amazing hotel on the riverbank with a very convenient location. The breakfast was outstanding — you should definitely try the traditional Japanese sumo breakfast: it’s incredibly tasty and very filling. The service was excellent at every level, from the front desk to housekeeping. Everyone was genuinely friendly and pleasant. And cocktails were incredible on the rooftop bar with spectacular view.

I love this hotel! Great location and right across the street from the train station. Check in was easy and friendly. Staff spoke great English. I was early so they took my luggage and when I came back it was already inside my room! The room is spotless clean and beautiful. The hotel is so peaceful. The outside terrace is gorgeous and has a Skytree view. Also appreciate the nice little outdoor smoking area rather than one of those yucky indoor smoking rooms most hotels have. Dinner at the restaurant was the best meal I've had in Japan. Evening walks along the Sumida river next to the hotel were lovely. Staff was happy to hold my luggage on final day. They gladly gave me a face mask when I asked for one for my flight. I will definitely stay again, in fact I've already booked a stay for next year! Thank you for everything.

It is a very nice hotel, very friendly and helpful stuff and has a perfect location. The suite inside was very clean and quiet. I really recommend this hotel to everyone who is planning to visit this beautiful city.

I have nothing to say.

Large bed, ultra clean facilities, check in / check out process was super smooth. The hotel is right by the Sumida River, where you can see runners in the morning. There's a walkway near the river like the Seine that you can explore.Close to subway access and a 7-11 / food street nearby.

One thing is that it's out of the way, often you have to transfer 0 - 1 times for the metro to get to places.

The set meal at the restaurant was excellent and the service impeccable. The twin beds were large and comfortable. The river view was wonderful and the sound-proofing was good.I appreciated the nespresso in the morning. We enjoyed the rooftop bar.

I can’t think of anything to improve.

Hotel is located by the river and is few minutes walk to the metro station. From the metro station you can easily reach the most famous areas of Tokyo without switching the metro. The room is full of sunlight and very big size, exceptionally clean with coffee and tea. Additionally the view from the rooftop bar was beautiful. 7eleven is just nearby as well as sumo museum. I loved the fact that the hotel can be reached through the walk beside the river. We walked from Tokyo Skytree back to hotel using mostly pedestrian walk by the river.

Peaceful and perfect location close to Akihabara and the river location of the hotel was very nice. Lounge area was perfect too.

The location to public transportation (train station) very convenient. The front desk personnel were very friendly and welcoming, our room was very clean and quiet, and the offered breakfast buffet was delicious.

I had no complaints. I would suggest providing English language television stations would be a great addition to the overall stay at the hotel.

I liked that the hotel did indeed have a good location near sumida river with the roof view. Also the location is near the sumo arena if you're interested in that and near the subway station. Facility was nice and room was clean. Staff were friendly and cleaning staff were attentive

Very friendly staff & super clean room. Room was big for Tokyo.

Our room was in the 5th with the window to the highway. If there was a siren or loud car at night, this woke us up. Otherwise great stay.

Walking distance to every street

The room was small with the unnecessary table The bed was hard and small too many lights and cannot find the one on the table to turn off faced the wall in the end
