Near station and convenience store, easily accessible, room clean and big, great staffs, nice food.

would definitely stay here again! the location was super convenient and just a 6 minute walk to the train stations. the hotel room was SO spacious which I absolutely loved and we had such a wonderful view of the city! the staff was lovely and super helpful as well :)

The staff was wonderful and very thoughtful — they even surprised us with a card and small amenities when our daughter had her birthday during the stay. The room was large by Tokyo standards with a great view, well-designed bathroom, and plenty of usable space, and the location was perfect near the train station, shopping, and a short cab ride from the airport. Breakfast was a great first introduction to Japan with a good mix of Western and local options, and the staff was very helpful with baby seating and made-to-order items like eggs.

A crib wasn’t available, which would have been helpful when traveling with a baby, although the room size made it manageable. The laundry facilities were convenient, but the drying function was quite weak and required more time than expected. Aside from these minor points, everything else worked smoothly.

It was a mess when I arrived late at night. I thought I had entered the wrong house. See picture. I had to cancel since our group or anyone could stay in a place with poor conditions. Sadly the property up to this day which as of this post is one month later has neglected to refund my money and ignores all my efforts to get in touch with them. Very disappointing.

(1) The hotel staff were warm and welcoming. They were able to communicate in English reasonably. Very polite and professional in handling enquiries. (2) Daily housekeeping (although floor might be vacuumed only on alternate days). Strong water pressure in shower and air cond working well(3) Location - just 1 stop away to get to the interchange stations to Akihabara, Asakusa, Ginza lines. Surrounded by many eateries and convenience shops. (4) During my 8 nights stay, the staff decorated the lobby in 3 seasonal deco (Halloween, Autumn & Xmas) - very hardworking :). There was also money changing service at the reception.

(1) The hot water supply was not very consistent during early morning (after 12 midnight). As I moved around and returned to hotel quite late, this affected me.

Easy access to train station for getting around. Many restaurants and shops in area.

Requested an extra pillow since they provided only one per guest but they said they don’t have extra.

Close to the train line and food options right out the front door. 5 mins walk to the mall, train, 24 hr market, food stalls, etc.

Comfortable and updated! It is only 5 minutes walk from the station and 30 minutes walk from the Sky Tree tower. There are lots of convenient stores and shops around.

There are a lot of adults night clubs around and it is not very comfortable but the hotel was great!

The hotel room was very nice and clean. The bath tub was nice and deep and the hotel lobby has nice amenities to grab on the way up. Overall, a very relaxing and easy stay.

Location was convenient. Train/bus terminal down the street made for easy transportation. Surrounding area seemed a little shady in some spots but still felt safe.

The variety of options at breakfast was good, including the curry options. Fruits and vegetables were good. The staff at breakfast were very helpful and kept the space clean.The location is very convenient as it is a 5 minute walk to a JR Station that takes you to different stations, including Tokyo station and Shinjuku (from which you can get the Fuji Express train). That station is also one stop away from the Sky Tree station, so there is good access to key places to visit. One can also walk to the Haneda airport bus stop (5 minutes away) and get that bus as opposed to the more costly option of going to Tokyo station or taking a taxi.The staff at the front desk helped at different points when assistance was needed.

I think the carpet in the room and corridors could be deep cleaned to make it feel a tad cleaner when using the space. The bathroom was a little small, but it was manageable.

Western breakfast can improve

The hotel was conveniently located a short 5 minute walk to the train line and subway station, so traveling around Tokyo was very easy from this hotel. There were many restaurants, shopping centers, and convenient stores all around as well. This was more of a residential area as opposed to touristy location, which was great because it was less crowed than other areas of Tokyo; however, it was a quick trip (about 10 minutes or so) on the express line to Tokyo station right in the center of Tokyo. Also, each tour we took could pick us up at this hotel, so that made seeing other parts of Japan stress-free. There were very big rooms across the hall, but the room we had was small. Despite being on the small size, it was enough space for what we needed. It was extremely clean and well taken care of, which is very important to me. The bed was very comfortable and we never heard another sound from either the hall or other rooms while we were in the room, so we could relax when coming back from a long day of site-seeing. The breakfast had a wide variety of food to start off each day, and the staff - especially in the breakfast area- was wonderful and very attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing - we really enjoyed our stay! There were no special views from the room we had, but you could see the Tokyo Skytree from other areas around the hotel while walking around the area.
