Location and staff was amazing

Rooms were tiny.

Very comfortable and efficient room. Extremely helpful staff. Room was very quiet and bed was very comfortable.

Towels are small and thin.

Location was close to the main attractions i.e. Donki Asakusa and Asakusa temple. The price was reasonable compared to the room size.

Everything was great except the room ventilation was very noisy for our last 2 days

Great location, spacious room. Sitting area and beds were a little hard but overall great stay.

Location was good and near train and subway stations. Many restaurants, Family Mart, and grocery store within walking distance. Our room included a small refrigerator and extra sink.

Small room, but average for Tokyo.

Great location. Near limousine bus station at Asakusa View hotel from Narita. Room is hugh.

Nice room - good size for one or two people. Very clean and the staff was very helpful. Located in an excellent part of town with close access to places of interest, and easy subway access points to easily explore other parts of Tokyo.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. Room in excellent, super clean condition. Location is close to many restaurants. I felt very comfortable from check-in to check-out.

Room was ok for two people. Had utensils for eating and cutting food. Had our luggage delivered and they had it already in our rooms when we checked in. Bed was comfortable, great A/C. Location was great--Supermarket few meters away, and a few down the street and 24hr one in the ROX mall nearby, close to 24-hr MEGA DONKI. restaurants of all kinds--wagyu,halal places, sushi, and Turkish place. Sensoji literally a straight walk across the street. We took the airport bus to Haneda, and the stop was right in front of the the other hotel directly across the STAY SAKURA. There is the Tsukuba Express station right next to this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Laundry downstairs.

I thought they had a cook stove or Collon (portable gas stove) in the room, but I could not find this--maybe had to ask for it but was not mentioned at check-in. Also no one at check-in and had a number to call if needing service. I Panicked a bit as our phones could not make make phone calls, but luckily someone did appear after a few minutes. Should create a electronic computer system, if humans are not available, or have two people at check-in. They are there, I think they only have one person on shift, so if they need a break or go to restroom no one is available. Room was quite small in the sense of the bed taking up the whole room, with nowhere to open a big suitcase except on the bed but normal in Japan. Hard to maneuver with two adults and 3 big suitcases, but made it work. But thought it would be bigger according to the photos and the size given on site Need bigger trash can, or more than one trash can, and/or daily/every other day pick up of trash. The Ginza line subway 10 minutes walk away, not the closest, but not mentioned on site. We barely used the Tsukuba Line.

Great location! Extremely comfortable queen bed (and it’s hard to find hotels that offer queen sized beds in Japan!). Small compact kitchenette with fridge and hot plate; excellent shower and toilet. A/C worked great. Spacious by Tokyo standards. Coin Washer and fryer on 1st floor. Great price for all the amenities and size of the room.

No desk in the room

Super friendly staff. They stored our luggage at check out and check in which allowed us time to get lunch etc after travelling from Nagoya and prior to taking our 7pm flight. They provide slippers, water etc. Very pretty hotel and even better staff

I wish the toilet room was nearer the shower and sink but this is common in Japan and a very minor personal preference.

I like that 4 people fit comfortably in one room, great air conditioning in both rooms of family unit.

Location close to all amenities shops and restaurants . 8 min to martyrs stations Ginza line. spacious rooms modern good size bathrooms. Kitchenette

The location is great. Laundry on facilities. Family room has a dryer in bathroom. Worked amazing for drying clothes.

The beds were hard. So uncomfortable and the couches in the family room are very low to the ground. Those with limited abilities will struggle to get up and down on the couches.

The location of this hotel was the best! You are a few mins away from public transportation and several restaurants.

rooms where very small.

the location was great!! so close to kappabashi, senso-ji, and multiple train stations. this is my second time in japan and have stayed at many hotels, but this is the first time where i’ve had a big bathroom!!! loved the spacious shower.

Cute, clean, good enough for a single night.

Very, very tight quarters for two. Not sure how one would use the well equipped kitchenette with how little space there is to maneuver. You can also hear people in the landing area outside the room very clearly.
