Amazing location - quiet yet near everything. Great shower. Nice cozy lobby. Staff was welcoming. They had a laundry room we definitely appreciated.

Pillows and mattresses are not that comfortable if I’m honest. Sleep quality was not as optimal as could have been but ok.

Location was excellent. Short walk to station and electric town. The breakfast was delicious. Limited choices though

The beds were very hard

We had an issue with our first room, but after speaking with the manager he switched our room to make everything an enjoyable experience. Excellent customer service! Would stay there again.

Free coffee every morning offered at our stay, you did have to pay for pastries but they weren't too expensive and tasted nice. The room itself was quite spacious and we really appreciated having space under our bed to put our luggage. Bathroom had the shower blocked off with a door which helped prevent the whole bathroom from steaming up. Staff was nice and specifically listed the days that our room would be cleaned, a small thing but nice.

Unfortunately every most places in the hotel that weren't the lobby or the rooms weren't air conditioned, probably due to those spaces being exposed to the outside. It wasn't that big of a deal since usually we spent minimal time in those areas and were just trying to get to our room, but it does make any trek back to the room just that little bit extra hot with the summer weather.

Staff very helpful - needed medical appointment on a weekend and they were able to do some research and give me advice was was available. I also loved the 24hr coffee from reception.

The staff were very helpful as there was a lot of us to check in and tired after long flight. We needed a variety of rooms for the different families. The rooms were allocated quickly and let us check in ahead of check in time. The cafe and get together area were great as we could all sit together to chat and plan. They offer bag storage. The area was good and a lot of eateries near by and good shopping. You could store your bags under the bed platform so did not take up room space.

For us we found the bed a bit hard but that is not unusual for Japan.

Hotel is great. Modern, easy check in and check out, Japanese standard, very strict with check in and check out times. Room for 3 people as described, no surprises, but mattress is the hardest mattress I have ever slept on in my life. By night 3, I was finally able to sleep well and get used to it. Room is clean, bathroom is super modern and clean. It is small but functional and really, no complaints. Great value for price. You get black coffee, iced or hot for free at the coffee store at the lobby.

The mattress could have a topper. Also, an extra pillow would be truly appreciated. Cleaning is every 3 days.

Seamless check in. Clean and quiet. Laundry room on site and bakery downstairs. A wonderful introduction to Japan as a tourist.

Not much room to sit and enjoy food.

The location is very central to a lot of activity, and near many restaurants and the station. The room is small but organized well. The beds were very comfortable and the coffee at the cafe in the morning was excellent!

The rooms were small. We had a quadruple room used for three people and I cannot imagine 4 people moving around in it. I think for a longer stay it wouldn’t be as easy.

The location is great, as it is close to a lot of main areas but in a quiet place. The room is spacious and the free coffee is a nice plus. Overall we can recommend this place.

There is nothing we didn't like. The only tiny thing would be the breakfast, you have to prebook it and it okay, nothing too special.

Helpful staff, good location, modern building and new facilities in a room. Free coffee 24/7.
