Decent sized room for family of 4 and good access to both Ueno and Asakusa.

Convenient location to reach the train station and Ueno park. Very nice beds and clean bathrooms. great and helpful staff!

Monday Apart met our needs although please dont be confused as there is another hotel with a very similar name. We enjoyed our stay it was convenient to train station for both local line and shinkansen also. Would have no problems staying again

One staff was unpleasant throughout our stay although I’d like to point out that everyone else was amazing. The day I checked in we had three nights worth of towels in our room and I found a piece of hair on one of them as well as a piece of hair in the freezer. We stayed for a total of 5 nights so we had household cleaning on night 3 and they did not leave enough towels for us, did not give us enough slippers that they replaced, and when we asked for both at the front desk the unpleasant staff member did not want to give us any at the time.

It was a newly refurbished property and everything was clean and new.

The double code for the elevator and door. It was a bit challenging trying to remember the codes each time. Coming back with your hands full it would be hard to get out your phone to look up the code.

Cleanliness, well designed room that looks convenient for 4 people.

Bed.?Location is just far from everything. ?The name of the MONday apart is just confusing so many nearby with same name i hope you do something about it cos it might be confusing for foreigners like us.?Dont expect anything about the staff. ?Pin for doors and elevators omg ???

Decent sized room for Tokyo.

The location is awkwardly in the middle of train stations so it’s 750 meters to a stop. Not a big issue but something you should consider when traveling with unfit or children.

We loved this hotel! My husband and I splurged on the family room and it was so worth it after struggling in tiny hotel rooms elsewhere. Having a kitchen and dining table as well as laundry in the room was so luxurious! Unlike at some other hotels, they give you plenty of towels. The beds were very comfortable, and for once the window wasn't frosted so we had a beautiful view of the city from the 10th floor. I also really liked that instead of an indoor hallway to get to the room, it's a covered outdoor walkway so it's really easy to step out and get some fresh air.

My only nitpick was that the lobby was kept extremely warm - I would guess 80-85 degrees F. A minor annoyance but the check-in process takes a few minutes with paperwork required and we were pretty uncomfortable. I was also a little surprised that tea wasn't provided in the room, as every other hotel we stayed at provided tea bags.

The hotel is located 10-15 minutes walk from Ueno station and similar distances from multiple metro stations.The staff was very helpful.The room fits well for a family of four persons.

The place is very clean, the location is convenient，and it has a kitchen and a washer/dryer which is very helpful. I will definitely come back if I visit Tokyo again.

Comfortable and clean. The room is great, it’s not that tiny compared to other hotels in Tokyo.

It’s about 17 mins walk from the location to JR station.

This was a last minute find. We wanted a slightly quieter neighborhood close to ueno with easy access to the airport by train. It was a great value for the quality of room with a great staff. The beds and bunk beds were perfect for our kids and the washer/dryer was incredibly convenient. There is a 7/11 right down stairs when you need a few snacks to throw in the fridge for the kids.

Clean and spacious apartment style hotel. Appreciate the powerful AC during the heat wave. No daily housekeeping but trash can be removed daily. Perfect for families. The 4 of us were comfortable in the apartment.

Location is too far from any train station. It took about 15min walk from Ueno station but in the summer heat & humidity, it’s like running a 5k in a hot yoga class, while carrying all the luggage.

Great location. Room was clean and appreciate all the amenities that made it very easy for a family to stay comfortably for a few days.

Staff was very friendly. Super spacious for Japan standards.
