Nesthotel alt. Kuramae Station

Location was right next to the train station which made it ideal for sightseeing and getting there from the airport. Room was small but well designed to have everything you need. Staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Affordable and good location

Bedroom was small

Location right above the train station but you’d never know because it’s so quiet. Rooms are clean, everyone here is nice. Good morning coffee and pastry new towels and bottled water everyday. All at a great price

Everyone here is so kind. The whole hotel is clean and quiet. I love that they have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush and paste, bottled water. They have other things you might need in the lobby each morning for free (hairbrush, q-tips, little towels and things like that). Rooms are small but that was expected in Tokyo. It’s located in a nice quieter area with leather shops, stationary store, cafes, 7 Elevens, McDonalds and is right above the train station but you’d never know with how quiet it is. They have good coffee and pastries in the lobby each morning too.

property and room very clean - excellent housekeeping staff. Excellent restaurant located in same building.

Beds and pillows somewhat uncomfortable

Conveniently located just walking distance from the Tokyo Skytree. Rooms were clean, private entrances and very friendly staff.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. Super convenient, clean and quiet. Great outlets in room. Excellent stay! Loved the coffee /latte/ matcha machine!

We had to leave after 1 night...we will be back next time for a longer stay ;) keep up the great work!!! Thoughtful amenities! And friendly faces!

- Great location (close to transportation, convenient stores…)- Friendly staff- Clean & comfortable rooms - Free coffee & pastries in the mornings

Nothing (everything was perfect for us).

Amazing location, Kuramae station is only a few steps away. Staff were nice and even let us store our bags on the last day before our flight in the afternoon. No complaints!

Very cute hotel, clean room and comfortable beds. Close to trains and waling distance to Sensoji temple. Close to Tokyo Skytree as well. Near convenient store and restaurants.

Non

Great location near train station, friendly staff and comfortable room.

The location was excellent, conveniently located next to a subway station for easy access to the city. We enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood with lots of stores and restaurants close by. The coffee and breakfast pastries and buns was nice.

The room was quite small but that was expected in the city.

The location is excellent, right by Kuramae Station on the Asakusa Line, making it very convenient. All the staff were incredibly polite and attentive, which made our stay very comfortable. We stayed in the family room, which was spacious enough for three people.

Fantastic location, clean and had everything we needed

Place was great, room was a little on the small side.

Great location close to transit. Enjoyed the breakfast and they safely held our luggage for us while we explored.

Elevator was slow/a long wait at times.

Excellent location right next to Kuramae station, great value, clean rooms, bread offered in the morning.

They clean the room daily and staff was very helpful. Free bread with coffee daily is a plus.

The location is a little confusing when exiting the subway station.

Coffee machine in main lobby and morning snacks was nice.

Not what expected according to pictures. No futon beds just mattress on floor. Carpets stains. Bathroom was like a capsule. Disappointed for a 1 night stay for 308.00.

Staff are incredibly helpful and the layout and decor of the hotel is lovely. It's is in such a pretty peaceful neighbourhood and on a great subway line for getting into most places in Tokyo.

Room was tiiiiiny, I know that's just a fact of life in Tokyo but it's very small.

very clean and service also nice! free breakfast with coffee. location is also good. highly recommend

rooms are quite small
