Walking distance to multiple train lines, Akihabara, Ueno Park, Skyliner Narita Line, Ameyoko shopping street and lots of dining options. There is also a craft center with local made in Japan goods right across from the hotel

Good location: Parco, Montbell, Uniqlo, and a big supermarket are all within a 3-minute walk. There’s a Jojoen opens until 3:00 which was perfect for us since we landed late. Many nice restaurants in the lanes nearby.

It’s a bit far if you want to visit areas on the west side of Tokyo, but I think it’s fine since the Yamanote Line is near the apartment.

Room, facilities, washing machine, staff

Rooms facing the metro station have no sound proofing, hard to sleep. Only 1 small pillow.

Great apartment space for 4 people, very efficiently laid out. Liked having a kitchenette and fridge to store food from combini. Toilet, sink, shower were in different "compartments" so very handy. The front desk tried to be helpful. The washer and dryer were extremely useful (Directions in Japanese), need to do daily load because it is small. We appreciated the good laundry detergent available at front desk. Apartment is close by to many train lines and small restaurants.

Air conditioning was weak, and took a long time to cool room on the hottest days. We ended up borrowing a fan from front desk. The front desk was not able to help with shipping our luggage, they gave us a brochure, but ended up having to figure this out on our own because we were shipping outside of the wards. They directed us to the shipping company office which is close by. TV only offers shows in Japanese so need to sign in on own Netflix acct.

The room was big (for 2 people) and clean. I liked that the toilet and bathtub were separate. There is a washing machine in the room which was so convenient in the summer. Perfect location only 5 minutes walk from JR Okachimachi station. Quick check in and check out. Great price on weekdays.

There are no key cards, the elevator and room use a code on a pin pad which takes a little longer than a key card. There was only 1 detergent packet in the room for a multiple night stay, and no extra TP in the room. Had to ask at the front desk.

The hotel was pretty good - rooms in Tokyo are generally smaller so our room size was expected. In addition the bed, we had a mini kitchen corner, fridge (with freezer!), and a small dining table. It was plenty enough room for us. The room also came with a washer/dryer which was nice to have. The noise level was quiet so we weren't bothered at all.The location was very useful - near train stations and convenience stores (7-Eleven, Family Mart). The staff were extremely nice. We had a luggage issue upon arrival (a small mishap with luggage forwarding) and the employee at reception (Khin Thin Thin Yu) was super helpful, friendly, and patient while helping sort out our situation. She was a star employee!Overall, we liked it here and would stay here again!

Bathroom was a bit small and stuffy, but standard for Tokyo apartment hotels.

Excellent location: close to metro and JR lines, many restaurants, shops, Ueno park, and Ameyoko.

Entry where the toilet was located had an automatic light. It would wake us if someone had to use the toilet at night. We eventually got used to it and was not a significant issue.

The shower and toilet are separated. Big room and has a washer dryer.

Our first couple nights the tatami area had a bunch of ants, they tried to clean it after the first night it didn't work so the 3rd day they moved us to a different room.

Convenience and cleanliness

That I have made a booking, and secured with my card for my guests, however upon arrival they requested a new payment from my guests. If I knew, I would be there with them and make the payment myself.

Very clean and enough space for us.The staff was very nice and accommodating to requests.

Our room window faced train tracks, so slight discomfort due to the frequent train passing noise at night.

I was with my parents and the location was perfect. Just a walking distance to Amaya market, Ueno park and also not too far from Akhibara. There are also tons of restaurants around. The space was perfect for the three of us. Loved it and will definitely recommend it.

I did like the keyless entry but to remember the password to get in and to the room was a bit annoying. Not that they can do anything about it but the toilet was right next to the kitchen. Wish it was on the other side similar to the other unit.

Great location near Ueno park, skyliner train and akihabara. Laundry in room very convenient.

The hotel was walking distance to Ueno Ameyoko Shopping street. The facilities of the hotel was good (cooking facilities, washing machine in the room) and also the room quite spacious. Recommend for family travellers.

Staff is very friendly and useful. They answer the question very fast. Location is near JR Station, which is very comfortable. The room quit big. Recommended for group of families and all facilities are included such as washing machine, microwave, oven, dishes.

Great location, big living space, close to Ameyoko, Okachimachi JR station and various subways so very convenient to access key tourist destinations. Lots of food (both restaurant and convenience stores) options downstairs. Uniqlo/GU, Yamashiroya toy store (6 levels) is just a 5 min walk down the road so great for family with young kids.

Next to train line so can hear the trains but soundproofing was pretty good. Uses different passcodes instead of key card to access entrance/elevator and room so had to fumble around to find the number each time.

Fantastic apartment hotel! The room was spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of four (two adults and two young children). The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants, breakfast spots, and supermarkets nearby. Plus, the hotel is well-connected to public transportation, with multiple metro lines, Skyliner access, and the Shinkansen all within easy reach. We could hear train sounds, but it did not bother us much.

They have an automatic light in the hall, and whenever someone walks to the bathroom at night, it turns on. A little bit disturbing.
