Beautiful,clean and comfortable. Super friendly staff.

No coffee machine.

It was perfect.

Ido wish the breakfast was more than just soup and sandwiches but it did the job.Some of the carpets were also stained and need a deep clean.

Close to Train station

It was hot when we came. We lowered down the temperature to 15. Still it didn’t work.

Location was perfect and the connecting rooms worked well for a family

The breakfast could have been improved.

Value for money, close to station, got the loft rooms and was convenient for kids, good connectivity to different locations with 1 change of train at max, laundry on the floor was convenient which also had drinking water station. Had FamilyMart close by. Room service folks were helpful and accommodating. Ease of check-in with dedicate reception/concierge .

Laundry costed a bit higher than other locations we stayed in Japan, may be its just Tokyo. Would have appreciated a microwave in the room or at least on the same floor in the big laundry room, but there was just one on reception floor.

Great hotel at a convenient location right next to a train station. Good, simple breakfast and great service. They offer same-day luggage forwarding, however, it needs to be requested online through a form. Great view from the reception/breakfast hall!

The room was on the smaller side, but not too bad for Japan. Otherwise no complaints :)

The location was perfect! And ease of check in and check out

It was a little bit smaller that the photos, and we weren't used to sleeping on mats, but we wanted to try them out.

the elevators were dirty, rooms were dusty in many crevices, no air purifier, no full cleaning daily

I loved the view from the windows, the staff was very nice and accommodating and spoke English. I loved how clean our hotel room was.

I liked so much, my only thing is that if there were more toiletries that would be better.

The theming for this hotel is the highlight of the experience. The pink adjoining rooms were cute. The rooms may be a bit small if you have a lot of luggage but worked well for one person per room. You’re provided with all the basic necessities like all hotels in Japan. Staff are kind and communicate in English which may be a limitation in some other hotels. TVs have mirroring/ chrome cast which is a bonus.

The beds were pretty hard. I woke up in the middle of the night with back pain. Having stayed at 3 other locations prior, this one was definitely the hardest mattresses. Ended up having to place the mattress on-top of another for a comfortable sleep. The carpets in the pink room were filthy. I appreciate the aesthetic however, the carpets were a big let down. I’m not a fan of carpet in general but dirty carpet with stains are a turn off. I would recommend replacing the carpet for a linoleum or floating floor setup. It would be easier to maintain and clean in the long run.

The hotel was clean, well equipped with utilities, and location was excellent for everything.My partner unfortunately had a car accident hours before a boarding the flight, which meant massive sudden changes to our trip plans. The staff at toggle hotel has been nothing but a life saver for us, from helping us call and canceling other bookings in Japanese, to helping us rent a wheel chair for our trip, and even holding some luggage for us to travel easier for the remaining of our trip. Without the wonderful staff here, our trip would have been an utter disaster to say the least.Thank you guys so much for being so accommodating and making us feel welcomed.

Love the interior and it was different! Location was perfect pretty central with metro stations near by.

Everything else was good except for the noise level

It’s really noisy it’s all right. It’s really loud and I couldn’t sleep well without earplugs. It’s too close to the high way and train tracks.

Staff was so nice and room was clean. Not too far from station.

This was one of my family’s favorite-ever hotels. We stayed in a “premier fourth” green room, and it was so spacious for a family of four! The futons were the highest comfort level of any we slept on in three weeks traveling across Japan, and the added seating area with a couch and chair and table and ottoman was super helpful to have. Great flow to the room, and we loved the fun monochromatic design! We had a great view from the 8th floor, and really enjoyed the deep soaking tub, as well. It was also very helpful that they allow late check-out as late as 1:00pm for a reasonable fee.

We wanted to eat breakfast, but the food options were sparse and overpriced. The hotel location is fine for catching trains and taxis, but doesn’t have much right around it in the way of walkable restaurants or shops. The bathtub needed to be re-sealed, and was very slow to fill. But these are all small things. We’d definitely stay here again, and would stay for multiple days next time, both for the great design and to have the extra space to make it our home base in Tokyo.

Quick check-in and everything in the room is really cute and nice.

I know they don't like to clean out every single day, but at least vacuum a little bit on the floor would be nice.

If I had to point out something, the room was small. But that’s totally normal in Tokyo, so it didn’t bother me at all.

Rooms much smaller than we thought. Hard to move around comfortably. Beds uncomfortable. Train noise all night.
