They don’t do cleaning everyday
Love the larger apartment style for a family of four.
The laundry machines were always full
Great location with access to metro stations just a few steps away! There were also a great variety of dining options around the hotels. The staff were extremely friendly and gave good dining recommendations as well as transportation suggestions.
This is a great location. Close to transportation. Very comfortable and clean! Great for families traveling together

Lovely staff, great views, great location to explore old Tokyo.
Clean and comfortable room, friendly front desk staff, central location near the metro station
the room was a bit small for 3 people
Cleanliness, location and friendly staff
Friendly helpful staff, amenities and laundry available, great location, comfortable room
The pillows can be a bit more fluffier but had a restful sleep
We’re a family of five (with kids ages 14, 9, and 14 months), and MIMARU Tokyo Asakusa Station was the perfect place for us! The location is amazing — just steps from Senso-ji Temple and surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and easy transportation. The apartment-style room was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay with a baby. The staff were so kind, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches that made traveling as a family so much easier.Highly recommend MIMARU Asakusa Station for families — it’s comfortable, clean, and truly in the heart of Tokyo!
Location was great and convenient. Hotel was right by the Asakusa station and 5 mins walk to Senso-ji Temple. There is a direct train to and from the airport which made travelling with large luggages easier! Staff were amazing, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and answered to all my requests. Rooms were spacious and meets the needs of traveling in groups.
No complaints.
The property is conveniently located near small shops and Sensoji Temple. There are lots of small restaurants in easy walking distance.
The mattresses and pillows are a bit too firm for me.
Nice place for a home base. Accommodations were very comfortable and my daughter enjoyed the bunk beds. Convenient family mart next door. Very helpful staff. Good space for luggage.
Loved being close to restuarants on the street.
It was very crowded on the streets. Very touristy.
Hotel was in a good location if you are looking to stay in Asakusa. Great view of the Golden Turd from the rooftop patio. Hotel was clean, staff spoke very good English. Good location, easy access to Sensoji Shrine, Nakamise, Tokyo Sky Tower and Asakusa Station. Room setup was good for a family of 4.
Room was a bit noisy on Saturday night, but otherwise was quiet enough. Due to humidity, we were asked to keep the AC at 25C or higher. That is a little warm for us. No coffee machine available, but did have decent instant coffee and a tea kettle.
The location was so convenient to Metro line and to do many restaurants and to shops.

Awesome location, quick and easy walk to Senso-Ji temple and Nakamise street.
Excellent location, close to restaurants, major attractions and train stations. Very friendly staff and an excellent cleaning crew.

The apartment was spacious for 5 of us. Very clean and comfortable. Reception staff great. Location excellent- quieter than central Tokyo/ Shibuyu but easy to move around and public transport so close. The area itself was great close to the temple, shopping and river walk. Lots of restaurants.
Close to the river, restaurants and metro.
Nothing. It’s was perfect.
