There's no hands, feet, or kitchen towel. The laundry machine in the basement doesn't work.

Excellent location.The hotel resides in a quiet neighborhood (with a 7-11 convenience store just across the street), but it is also very close to the Tokyo Skytree commercial area. The Oshiage/Skytree (押上/晴空塔) station is a low-key major subway and railway hub, with lines including: 京成成田線(direct to/from the Narita airport), 半藏門線, 淺草線, etc. Finally, it takes ~30 min to walk from the hotel to Asakusa (淺草), with great views of the Skytree and the Sumida River (隅田川).Each room is almost a complete department.Private facilities include: a large bathroom, a large living room, a microwave oven, and an induction cooker. The washing machine (washer-dryer combo) is not in the room but a shared facility, though.The hotel is staff-less but responds to messages (through booking.com) promptly.

An almost complete department without normal tables and chairs.The living room is low Japanese-style, with a low tea table and floor seats (with chabudai and zabuton, but not a tatami floor). Without normal tables and chairs, it is hard to prepare food, use laptops, and alternate between standing up and sitting down.

The room was spacious. The property is also very secure. There’s a convenience store across the building so it was great.

It was a bit far from the closes station.

The location was great. It takes about 5 minutes to get to and from Tokyo Skytree. The check-in process was very detailed, which made it hassle-free. There's a konbini just in front of the apartment so that you can buy midnight snacks and breakfast for the next day. The amenities were enough for a 2-day stay with my family.

We got the room on the third floor. While everything was convenient, we just noticed that the stairs did not have handrails. I was with my senior citizen parents, so going down the stairs for them was a bit of a struggle. The pillows and bedsheets were also a bit smelly for me. The aircon was probably dusty and hadn't been cleaned before our stay. I wish these could be improved, but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

The location is isolated from the city. Instead of quiet of quiet and relax, the first night some neighbor (supposed to be the opposite) try unlock and open the door. Making loud noise

The registration of the Establishment take so long that we are unsure if it is o.k. or not, though we pay for the fees already.We are feeling uneasy and discomfort if we will have our room on the first night.The establishment should directly contact us to inform about the registration. Do not inform through Booking Com.

The toilet and bathroom, space, comfort, and location are good. It is a 10-15 minute walk from Oshiage Station.

The WiFi connection is a bit weak.

Nice studio apartment. Very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

No elevator in the building, makes it a bit difficult for the guests staying in the 2nd & 3rd floor. It should’ve been mentioned in the listing description. Also, no staff at all available in case you have question or concern. Other than that, great stay

near to the subway and the surrounding are quite peaceful and I like it.

the stair are quite narrow between the gap and a little bit high. At first I’m really shocked that we need to climb up the stair but eventually we managed the issue.

Beautiful installations, comfortable and stylish. The bathroom is excellent and the kitchen is well equipped. Loved the small living room and the beds were amazing

I loved everything, only be aware that there is no elevator, but that doesn't affect the general enjoyment of the place. I'm looking forward to another stay

Spacious, clean, convenient, beautiful place in a quiet residential area, away from hustle of Tokyo yet so near to Skytree Metro. Well equipped with all you need, kitchen equipment, toiletries, a nice small bath tub, iron, air purifier, etc. Loved that my whole family could stay together. Very enjoyable stay. It was our lovely home for 10 days. We will be back. Thank you!

There was no human interaction at all. No staff on site and no housekeeping. For the 10 days, we had only 1 bath towel each, and no garbage disposal. Toiletries also ran out by the last few days. We could contact the staff by Line but we did not bother and bought our own toiletries.

location of Apartment is super!!just walking distance to Skytree we took a walk after dinner both nights.??

only thing is we have to climb up stairs but lucky us we have a car. so we just bring minimal things up for the stays.if there is a handle along the stairs will be better

Me and my family loved this place because seven 11 was near and Halal food shops are also not far away ,train station was also near and it was very easy to go everywhere in Tokyo,only one problem was their check in time was very late and check out time was very early.?

The location is okay.

The location of the place on Google map is wrong. It's extremly difficult to find the place, there's no easy instruction about the direction, and no text message was received for key code. It was a diaster! The facility is poorly arranged. There's few power outlets in the room, the only 3 pin one is used by the microwave, so no place to plug laptop. There's no bowls although there's a stove and pot.

It was close to seven eleven so that was convinient for some late night snack the neighborhood was also pretty quiet and safe. There is a halal kebab shop nearby which is also close to tokyo skytree. The bathroom and toilet were clean and its also good that they had sockets for each bed.

The location on google maps is not the same with the location given by the host so we spend quite some time trying to find where the airbnb was. There was no lift so it was a little bit of a hassle to bring down big luggages. Also there was a problem with the doorlock somehow it didnt lock when we went out.

The only thing we like in the property was the location of it. You have a nice view of the Tokyo Skytree and near to restaurants and convenient stores.

The room was so dusky. I got allergic rhinitis from the dusk. The exhaust in the bathroom was terribly dusky. In addition, there were no curtains on the windows, only the window blinds they installed.

Room is very spacious and it's great to have a air dryer and washing machine in those rooms. Quiet place as well.

Quick access to the Oshiage Skytree Station and a few bus stops. It also has a convenience store opposite the building and a variety of dining locations a short walk away.

The room's Wi-Fi does not have great coverage around the room, disconnecting at the corners of the room.
