    • Great Hotel in a quiet, new area of Tokyo, a bit away from everything. Hotel is great, nice size rooms, good beds, very modern and attached to a mall! Really loved it!
    • Convenience
    • Great Hotel in a more quiet part of Tokyo. Nice rooms, directly connected to a Mall, very new and very very clean. Good room size, free shuttle busses, etc. If you are okay to be away from central Tokyo I can recommend.

    Cons -

    • Rooms were only cleaned every two days - for a Hotel with that price, that is a bit sad. Also breakfast was exactly the same for all the days that we stayed - no variety at all - would be nice to mix it up a bit.
    • Machine-check out and in-person check out were confusing. Even after checking out on machine, we had to talk with the employee in person. Front desk and restaurant reception apparently don't communicate well. There was so much confusion about charging dinner buffet.
    • Room cleaning only every two days. They only take garbage out, not even make the bed.... but otherwise it is great

The facilities in the hotel were very nice, and the staff were very helpful and professional.

The non-vehicle entrance to the hotel was not luggage friendly, and the only elevator accessible outside the garage was not actually accessible until after you get your room key. The cost of the public bath was still too expensive despite the discount offered to hotel guests especially for the facilities that it offered.

Breakfast good. Location too far from train station

Prefer more personnel to deal with guests.

Location is great. Just the outskirts of Tokyo, and not crowded. There are Ariake Garden and Aeon supermarket right beside the hotel to meet your needs. Everything is almost perfect.

Its away from Central of Tokyo, so its more quiet and less crowded, and there is 3 station of Metro is in walking distance make it travelling is more easy. And have a mall beside the hotel, conveniece for buying things.

The wifi there my computer detacting some suspicious activites, and its connect to my work IPs, it will on/off cut off and not stable. Need to improve on it.

Location and facilities connected to the hotel like the spa and mall.

Rooms can be cleaned better. There was noticeable dust on surfaces and beds were not made after cleaning was requested.

Food at the restaurant is exceptional, breakfast is a must!

10 minutes from cruise ship, 20 from downtown , hotel connected to large food court, but trust me- restaurant food is way better

    Breakfast, spa, staff, location

You have to pay for Onsen (Spa), but maybe it is for the best as it was impeccable! Loved it!

The bathroom was nice, and some of the staff.

    - The room and bed were too small. I would wake up and have to squeeze through the bed and wall. (I'm 6'2)- Barely any area to lay out your luggage. - The lobby is usually very hectic and busy during peak hours.- One of the train stations is a bit of hike.- After 10pm, there is really nothing open to eat in the area.

The room was clean, appropriately sized, and the facilities met expectations.

We booked a room with two single beds but were given a room with one medium-large bed instead. When we brought this up with the staff, they told us to resolve it with our booking agent. After contacting Booking.com customer service, we received a partial refund. Kudos to Booking.com for their excellent support, but disappointing service from the hotel.

Very clean rooms. Staff went above and beyond to assist with issues receiving luggage from a transportation service, and helping us reach the airport on time.

Location in Ariake great, right next to a shopping mall Ariake Garden with lots of places to eat and shop. The room was nice and spacious, beds very comfortable. Airy, tidy lobby with high ceilings. Very easy self check-in process. Breakfast buffet great, not cheap but reasonable at 2800 yen per adult (our 4 year old boy was free), excellent selection of seafood if that's your thing.Busy hotel but we did not feel crowded or rushed. Nice view of Odaiba/Ariake from our top level room.

The knobs to turn off the bedside lights were broken; one worked but made the light flicker like a strobe light before you could turn it off, and the other one the knob kept turning around with no effect, before either coming off completely, or mysteriously turning the light off. Other than that, only complaint is there was no hot coffee in the pot for breakfast.

I really enjoyed my short stay here. The hotel and room was clean and comfortable. It was especially convenient as the hotel is attached to the Tokyo Garden theater and I was there to see a show. The location couldn't have been better. It is also attached to a large mall which has a really nice food court, with cocktails and seating outside. If you are traveling and planning on attending a show at the Tokyo Garden theater this is the place to stay! Highly recommended!

Comfort of the hotel was good. And for us, exhibition distance was also good.

We waited about 5 minute quake for 1 time for breakfast. There was not boiled egg and kind of cheese in the breakfast which is should be very east to find.Reception behaving about taxi was not good. They say they need to arrange big taxi 3 days ago. They should warn us about this but they didnt.Rooms are too small to stay. They are asking extra money for second bottle water

The room size, the bed and the pillows were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. It was very easy to self check-in and check-out. The hotel was beautiful and staff were very friendly. Staff had a translating device that made it easy to communicate in English. The hotel is right next to a mall which made it very convenient for getting souvenirs, extra luggage and delicious food!!

Our room’s bathroom smelled and in terms of location, the nearest train station was a bit expensive.

    10krazeaznPosted on: 11-7-2024

We liked that the mall was connected to the hotel. The onsen was also connected to the hotel, private onsen and sauna was also on site, laundry was on site, and you can check status on the tv. Rooms were cleaned daily as requested. Hotel was very clean and friendly staff.

The rail station and bus station is about a 10-12 minute walk. We ended up on the highest floor and end unit, furthest away from the entry point of the mall. It was a distance of a walk. Wish we were booked closer to the mall/laundry.

the location is close to shopping mall and the yurikamome linethe thermal hot spring was great The breakfast variation was nice although every day the same

The dinner was very similar to the breakfast in selection , had the feeling little bit it is from morning, except some dishes, that would be nice to change in the future

    9JamesandchloPosted on: 10-29-2024

The facilities were outstanding. The food voucher inclusion was flexible and great options. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower and body products were delightful!

The check in is electronic. The bed wasn't the comfiest.
