ICI HOTEL Asakusabashi

Front desk was very helpful & friendly. Toiletries were free & room was clean! Room was small but was still able to open up my luggage without issue. :) the area is close to the train station and many local restaurants nearby!

Clean room, pet friendly, lots of dogs, convenient location

Breakfast wasn't great. It has salad, soup, cheese, sandwich meat, and bread. Eggs were very watery. But we are picky eater so it could be great for others

Great staff and location, and very clean.

Space was pretty tight, and the bed was quite firm and uncomfortable for me.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room and facilities were all great and met our needs. The location was great too - a short walk to shops and a train station.

The room was quite small but that didn't bother us, we still enjoyed staying there!

Quiet and relaxed neighborhood very close to subway and walking distance to tourist attractions and restaurants, very kind and helpful staff, free daily dog sightings. We were very happy with the location and amenities, made a perfect base for exploring Tokyo.

Room was not very spacious (I think we had the smallest available) but still big enough for two of us to relax comfortably (no smaller than expected for Tokyo). No HDMI port on the TV to use for our streaming device (wasn't counting on it but it would have been nice!)

Close to 2 station locations, very helpful staff, and always super nice.

Wonderful. The staff is very friendly, I liked the rooms and the place in general! I would come back. We were only 2 days so I can't say much more, but the time we were was good and the staff also was able to help us with some inquiries.

It was in a good location in a nice quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants and konbinis.

The room was a little small and the beds were a little hard, but that is typical of most hotels in Japan.

The room was clean. It was small but was OK. I liked that they had a laundry room downstairs. The dryer doesn't dry well if you put too many clothes. Breakfast was good but was identical for the three days we stayed there. The location was good. Walking distance from the subway station and about 25minutes from all the places we wanted to visit. The staff was nice and helpful. Saw lots of dogs there. That was interesting :)

The room was small but that was expected. Would have been nicer if the breakfast had different menu each day but I'm not complaining. It was fine.

Excellent location, short walk from the subway station, a number of convenience stores and restaurants nearby; attentive staff, clean facilities, laundry on a site, breakfast with enough options to choose from, pet friendly, reliable wifi. Would strongly recommend!

I just love the location of the hotel, very friendly for travellers, everything you need is nearby.

Room space. But I think it is an average size for hotels in Tokyo.

The room was fairly sized and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was convenient. Accessible to several train lines.

No frills at the property though it had everything I needed. The area wasn’t necessarily one I wanted to spend time in but it was easy enough to get places from here.

There were some pet stains in my second room.

The location is excellent. It is one train stop away from Akihabara but in a very quiet neighborhood. It is very close to a train station, which was convenient. Although the room wasn't big, it was the perfect size for resting after exploring and taking a nice shower in the morning. I will definitely book again here when I return.
