Great location, great service, I liked it a lot

The location pin on Google Maps gave me a headache; it is incorrect and I had to look for the entrance for a very long time; turns out it is behind 7/11 which is on a different corner of the building.

Good location, 7/11 nearby and amenities are free to grab.

Room is SO small. The smallest I’ve ever been in and I feel like the pictures are deceiving.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was in a great location, right next to a 7/11, and about a ten minute walk from everywhere we wanted to visit. The room was small, but clean and just what we needed. Staff were very friendly and accommodating!

The staff is so welcoming, the room has everything for a comfy stay, there is a 7-Eleven in the corner, a metro station within walking distance, and a laundry and smoke área in the 9th

The room always smells like cigarette smoke when you enter it.

I love how convenient this hotel is. Amenities are available for pickup on the first floor, and there’s a convenience store just around the corner. It’s also great that you can leave your luggage at the lobby.

The location is convenient. The staff are friendly. The room was clean and quiet.

The bed and pillow were a bit too firm for my liking.

Great Location & Convenient StayI really liked the location of this hotel—it’s in a quiet area but still super convenient. There’s a 7-Eleven and Family Mart just nearby, which made grabbing snacks and essentials easy. The metro station is also very close, making it simple to get around the city. Expected to have a little space than usual.

I didn't see options for breakfast, but I'm not sure if it was there. It was very convenient, there was a laundry mat called coin laundry that was right there, and a 7 Eleven convenient store was right around the corner. There were some decent restaurants nearby such as a good Chinese restaurant. Train stations are at a good distance.

I like the convenient location. Very easy to get to the train station, shopping & eating. I like that it was a very simple place to stay. Nothing fancy just simple.

The room was a little bit small. Hard to have a lot of luggage in the room so please note to not have Large luggage if you are staying at this hotel.

This is my second time staying here, and I like the convenience it offer.It's close to stations and popular tourist's attractions.I like the privacy it offers and how quiet it is.I also appreciate how they provide daily necessities like clean towels and robes, toiletries.

The staff was really friendly. The bed was comfortable. It’s a 5 minute walk from Tawaramachi Station, and 20 minutes from Seensō-ji.

Great location and very clean rooms with helpful staff

Tiny room, but OK just for me. Would have liked CNN or at least one English speaking TV channel .No bottled water provided.

It was very easy to check in and check out. Everything looked very clean and nice. The amenities were nice also!

Nothing in particular.

The Hotel was very near to the Train station and had a lot of restaurants and convenient stores in the area. Also just about an 10 to 15 Minute walk to Sensoji Temple. The beds are comfortable.

The rooms are small, but that was clear from the start. What i really didn't liked was that the carpet is really dusty and we could feel that, we had stuffed and runny nose in a short amount of time. The sink in the bathroom smelled weird sometimes in the mornings.

I was sick because I was given a room with a heavy air of smoke dispite it was a non smoking hotel. There's even an ashtray in the room which is encouraging smoking. Very contradicting. Sadly they couldn't arrange a room switch. Literally got sick of it. The bed sheet was also not clean.

Very cheap compared to other spots.Big enough for one person.

A little dusty.Washing/Drying machine was always used so impossible to do laundry.

Very good value for your money.

You have to take a metro everywhere for nightlife except asakusa and ueno. This is reflected in the price, but keep it in mind

The staff were a little stern but helpful. The room was extremely clean, especially the bathroom. Lots of free toiletries in the lobby. When I arrived around 10 a.m., they let me use the washroom to freshen up after my shinkansen ride and leave my bags in the lobby storage room before checking in. They also let me leave my bags after checking out as my flight left later in the evening on my last night in Tokyo.

I little more friendly welcome. I don't think I saw the staff smile at all.
