Very good hotel location near multiple stations. The rooms are rather small but that is to be expected in Tokyo. The breakfast cafe is great as well. There are also coffee and snacks provided for guests everyday in the lobby. I would book this hotel again

The room was dirty and small, the hotel didnt do much when we voiced our displeasure with room.

Don't be daunted by the big overpass right in front of the hotel, as the hotel is really quiet and in a good location. Maybe a 5 minute walk to the Ueno train station, which is super-convenient. Our room was clean, comfortable. Not large but we were able to get our suitcases in no problem. Our (adult) kids had the room across the hall - it had bunk beds and it was a good size too.

We were disappointed that the restaurant in the hotel was closed. It would have been nice to have the option to go there for breakfast. Next door was a sandwich shop, which was handy, but a restaurant in the hotel would have been better.

Great location and very accommodating staff!! This was the first place we stayed in Japan and we really enjoyed it. The rooms did not let any light in and the beds were nice and comfortable.

The rooms are a bit small, but that’s what we expected and, since the location was so great, we really just needed a comfortable place to stay :)

Our favorite stay in Japan! Loved the coffee bar we could use each morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Quieter hotel which we loved. Steps away from Ueno station and lots of food and drink options. We loved the location.

Charging outlets were few and far between, none in the bathroom at all. Air conditioner was pre-programmed to whatever the staff had set it to and could not be changed. Very tiny room but that’s to be expected in Japan!

The staff was very helpful and friendly and it was close to the station and Family Mart.

The room was small, a bit musty, and the window was right against the wall of the next building.

This is a hotel that I have stayed before, its location is good and convenient for Keisei access to airport. The hotel is clean, bright and well organized. I am appreciative of the drinks, snacks, origami (so pretty!), and other needful items like comb, toothbrush available at the lobby.

Well, there was nothing that I disliked.

The hotel is very nice, close to Ueno station. You can leave your luggage while visiting other places, and it will be waiting for you in the room on your return. The room is cleaned every day. There are complimentary things, such as tooth brush, that you can take, if needed. There are also coffee and cookies. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom and air conditioning (both heater and cooler) were fine. Excellent location near many train and subway stations (3-5 min walking to station entrance). Very impressed with nice and helpful staff. Daily cleaning is OK. Free coffee and Biscoff available 24/7. Baggage deposit was available.

A bit small room with space to open only one suitcase at a time. The window curtains did not fully block light, allowing sunlight to come in. No amenities such as lotion or moisturizer were provided.

The location is great, and the staff are kind and helpful. The room is like standard Japanese size, but since I went alone, then it is fine for me. If you come with friends, then you need to choose bigger rooms. The staff cleaned thoroughly and changed certain supplies daily.

The staff was really helpful and we got clean towels, water bottles and pijamas every day
