    • I thought it was really nice can’t think of anything negative the room is small but perfect for one person.
    • The number one thing I didn't like is that I had to pay a charge of $90 to the hotel to combine my 2 bookings. I had a longer stay at the hotel but somehow booking.com did not show the same room type for the entire duration of my stay. I asked the staff upon check-in if I could combine my bookings and stay in one room since I made 2 bookings of the same room type so that I do not need to switch rooms (even if it's the same room type), halfway during my stay. Packing halfway durin the trip and moving would be a hassle. I think it is a paperwork error from the hotel's side in populating the room type on booking.com. The staff told me that they could accomodate my request but at a fee. I explained the whole situation to them but they said they are not able to waive off the fee. This is what made me upset. Also, the room is pretty small and my things are all over the room. I do change my towels and empty the bins everyday with the maid outside the room between 10-11am. The only thing I did not want them to do is make my bed. However, they kept insisting they needed to enter my room and check for 'hygiene reasons' which did not sit right with me. I went down to feedback this to the reception staff but somehow, that day, the staff's english was pretty bad which frustrated me even more. They still kept insisting that they need to enter the room to check. I finally comply and let them vaccum the room but they took 1 hour to do so while I waited. This is very bad.

    - Location was excellent, just turn left around the corner from Omori Station JR gates- Lots of food to eat nearby and supermarkets too- Daiso and standard products were nearby- 711, Lawson and convenience stores were nearby, but at night, there were a few girls soliciting services from men on the streets but it was ok.

Brand new property very clean and modern most of all super friendly staff and connected to the train station.

    9RichardPosted on: 1-12-2024

Very solid hotel right inside the station/mall close to Haneda airport. Facilities are rather modern and clean. They also provide a working space with free beverages. They insist on cleaning your rooms after every three days so the working space is a great option instead of having to spend time in the crowded cafe on the basement floor. Great option if you're working remotely!

Despite the convenient location the food scene was rather sad. Not a lot of good restaurant/cafe options around the area. Not recommended for foodies coffee-lovers.

Very clean, convenient to all facilities and easy access to the railway station. Free meal vouchers.Communication is a bit difficult but staff tried their best to help us out.

Our baggages were lost and we tried to tell them if anyone called from the airport regarding our luggages, asked them to delivered to the hotel and we will wait for our luggages at the hotel. We have asked different staffs every few hours but we thought that they understood our instructions obviously not. Even when we checked out we asked if they have received a call from the airport they told us yes but bc we’re checking out they can’t delivered to the hotel. So frustrating.

Right above the JR line so easy to get anywhere. Complementary toiletries and clean room.

Just one keycard. Would be easier with two as you need to use the keycard to use the elevator.

Location was great. It's connected to the Omori train station. From Omori is 20mins to Tokyo station or 10mins to Shinagawa station. Building where the hotel is has a full grocery in the basement, floor 2 and 3 was a department store, and there were plenty of food options with various restaurants in and around the area. Additionally, I opted for the $10 breakfast voucher that can be used at one of 3 coffee shops in the Omori train station. Got a nice coffee and 3 waters for my daily site seeing. Room was on the small side (think college room dorm), but very nice. Lots if plugs for devices. The bathroom was large with shower/tub combo and great toiletries. Bed was comfortable. There's a small refrigerator in the room and laundry machines in the 6th floor. You check progress on your laundry from an menu option from your room tv.The hotel being connected to a train station one would think there would be lots of noise. Not the case, in the building and the room, you would struggle to hear the trains. Truly enjoyed my stay and plan to return to stay in the spring.Pro tip1: A 7-11 convenient store is located across the street from the train station and has an ATM for easy bank card money withdrawls.Pro Tip 2: Wi-Fi is good in Tokyo, but if you want to ensure you have great connection at high data rate speeds, especially if you have multiple devices connecting, rent a portable wi-fi. I I rented one, had it sent to the hotel. Worked flawlessly - even when I was connected for work. When I complete my rental time, I place the device in the vendor provided pre-paid envelope and placed in post drop at the airport on departure. So easy.Pro Tip 3: Grocery store in the basement discounts prepared foods/meals in the late afternoon by up to 30%. I would get a few to keep in the room and a few nori/rice triangles for snacks on the go.

The location is fantastic! The surrounding restaurants, cafes, and shops are everything you need. We couldn't stop going out to eat or go shopping.

The quality of the beds are a little poor. the pillows are also not very comfortable.

I chose this hotel because it was near my good friend, whose daughter was getting married. I read the reviews and it sounded like what I wanted, which was a clean, safe and comfortable hotel at a reasonable price. The hotel was better than expected. Although the room was small, as noted in the reviews I read, the bathroom was a nice size for this type of hotel. I really liked the reading room near the front desk, where you could get free coffee and tea. Also the front desk staff were very helpful, although I usually talked to them in Japanese so I am not sure how good their English was. I got breakfast included with my room, and had to go out each morning to one of the three options. I liked the bakery in the shopping center next door the best. I also found some very good and reasonable Japanese restaurants in this shopping center. The area also has lots of shops and I found some inexpensive items to take home as gifts. Although this hotel is located by a train station, it is surprisingly quiet.

As others have noted, the room is really small.

The location is perfect, as it is right inside the station, & the noise from the trains wasn’t as bothering as expected considering the proximity to the station

There was one cup that was left uncleaned

The convenience of location was great. Meaning for food, transportation, and shopping. It is a very convenient place to stay.

    Not much

    10PabloPosted on: 10-12-2023

Even though you're on top of Omori station, rooms are very quiet and comfortable. Spotless rooms and ammenities always available at the lobby. You get breakfast vouchers which you can exchange in restaurants downstairs (not belonging to hotel).

    Everything OK

    10AndrewPosted on: 10-10-2023

Inside JR Omori station, 30s walk from train exit in same building . Amenities.

    9NaqqashPosted on: 10-4-2023

Great location, easy access to trains, everything works seamlessly.

A bit of storage for clothes would be nice. Overall nothing negative.

    10DinnaPosted on: 9-30-2023

I booked without breakfast. But because the location was so central and convenient, i was able to get breakfast quick. The location was fabulous! Everything was a stones throw away. Hotel is located inside the station, plenty of shops, eateries supermarkets and transportation, train, taxi and bus. The staff are very friendly.

It could have been better if they had bigger refrigerators for the rooms or a service where they can keep frozen items for their guests.

    10AlyssaPosted on: 9-27-2023

Best thing about this hotel is the location! Connected to a station and is in front of a bus stop. A string of restaurants sureound it. Behind it are supermarkets and hakyen shop (daiso). Free coffee all day and there’s a quiet meeting room where you can lounge and connect to faster internet. There’s free amenities too at the reception.

Its a self check in hotel and the staff barely speaks english but they were very helpful. And they have a mini translator which works as intended

    Excellent location, near train station.

Small room. Did not get free upgrade to Twice room.
