    Pros +

    • View and bed
    • Loved the views and location of the hotel. Close to shops and restaurants and train stations. We especially enjoyed the public bath and the breakfast.
    • Rude midnight staff.

    Cons -

    • The restaurant staff and quality of food was very disappointing and week below standards! The bar not being open until 5/530 is simply ridiculous!!! The pillows were atrociously hard and should be better!
    • The room required one key card to keep the AC running. We were traveling with a toddler, and the room faced the sun directly, making it quite hot. We needed the AC to stay on at all times, even when we weren’t in the room. Because of this, my wife and I had to share only one key since there was no option for a second one.We had planned a day for solo activities, and I anticipated returning later than my wife. Since she needed the key to keep the room cool for our child, I let her keep the other key. When I came back around 11 p.m. the night before checkout, I asked the front desk to help me access the room. The staff member said she would call the room instead, but I explained that I didn’t want to wake my sleeping wife and toddler. The jet lag is already burden some for them. Despite presenting my passport and clearly explaining the situation, she refused to assist. What made this more frustrating was that a different staff member had helped my wife in the exact same situation just a few days earlier. However this time, the front staff refused, and it came off as lazy and dismissive. The tone of the interaction felt rude and condescending since the beginning of the interaction. Unfortunately, it echoed a type of treatment that some foreigners occasionally faced from those locals who hold prejudice against foreigners. Whether intentional or not, it left a strong impression.Overall, the stay had been decent up to that point. But that final experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I dont intend to return here ever again.P.S. The breakfast was disappointing. Very limited selection. Also, queen bed rooms are soo tiny, we ended up upgrading to king the following day. I won't recommend staying here, but if you do stay & have a family, just opt for king suit.
    • Very expensive for a very small room with limited amenities

Absolutely blown away by this place. The attention to detail and the service was 10/10. The views from the lobby and bar are immaculate and the location is peace and quiet, different from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku or Shibuya. Highly recommend staying here. We stayed for NYE here and the hotel had a countdown celebration with cocktails and Yakisoba noodles which is traditionally what is had for New Year’s which I thought was a nice touch. Definitely recommend walking around as it’s near parks.

Location is great and near a mall

Very expensive for a very small room with limited amenities

Cleanliness, accessibility and service of the staff, and centrally located to Toyosu station.

I liked that the property was connected to small shops and train station. It also had a very beautiful view from the lobby bar and restaurant and the rooms.

I didnt like that you couldnt order room service. If you ordered food from the hotel restaurant, only pick up and dine in was available.

    I have nothing i can say i didn't like.

    10AmelaPosted on: 11-23-2025

This hotel was amazing. The view from the room and reception is just incredible. Also very conveniently located nearby a mall and many cafes and a park. Very near a metro station too. Also you can walk to teamLab Planets from the hotel if you plan to visit the exhibition.

Breakfast could be better but it was ok.

    7masakoPosted on: 11-19-2025

Great access and location. Public area such as recreation, lobby bar and restaurant are high quality level . But room are decent not really special.

Over priced . Poor quality Reception staff . They are rule oriented than customers . I’d rather computerized check in than real person and make lower room charge.

Fabulous views of Tokyo. Modern hotel with very helpful staff

    10Maria R.Posted on: 11-12-2025

The view was amazing! Modern and professional. By the seaside and close to Toyosu market and TeanLab Planets. Nice Onsen. Would definitely stay here again.

The room didn't have the best scent.

    9JohnPosted on: 11-8-2025

Conveniently located near metro station. Very safe and comfortable . Staff was outstanding and the service was very professional. Nice touch in offering the guest a sweet treat upon our arrival.

    Nothing comes to mind.

    8PPalmenPosted on: 10-29-2025

Fancy view and decent location that allows you to go against rush hour jn the morning

Breakfast was soso. More asian and sweet

    10IbrahimPosted on: 10-29-2025

The facilities are so nice and clean, but mostly the staff were amazing, helpful and very supportive.

    9SüerPosted on: 10-25-2025

It is located right next to a subway station so even though it is a bit far from city center i never had a problem in navigating the city. The hotel is at the top of a tall building so the view is great. Food in their top floor restaurant, the penthouse is exceptional. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable

There is no room service you need to grab your order. Also they might pit a vending machine for food and snacks. The current ones are just for drinks

    8MonicaPosted on: 10-20-2025

nice and clean room with a wonderful view from the 35th floor.Breakfast was good. The location is convenient — the metro and a mall are just downstairs — but it’s not in the city center.

the hotel was inflexible. Even though it wasn’t fully booked, they didn’t allow a late checkout beyond 2 PM, so I had to book an extra night to stay until evening.
