Close to everything. Breakfast and drinks included which was nice.

The room is very small and the bathroom even smaller. So must keep that in mind.

Offers free breakfast and free drinks from 6 to 9pm, however, just wondering who will be there to enjoy it.

The room is too small for three people. The washroom is also very small.

Breakfast was good -- Japanese staples and some bread. It was surely a nourishing start to the day.

The rooms were a bit small. Also, it may be more hygenic to use disposable slippers.

Complimentary breakfast was good. Location is short walk to ueno station. They can store your luggage before your check in and after check out (just in same day)

Location was good as it is close to Ueno station, just a 10 min walk.

It was not clean, small rooms, hard pillows, for the third bed we had to put the bed lined on ourselves, breakfast has limited choice for continental options.

Very good located, 5 min walk from Ueno station, and close to a nice park and a commercial area. Lot of nice amenities in the reception, and possibility to leave the luggage the departure day. They provide a bag with new towels with water bottles everyday.

The room was really small, we hardly could open the lugagge infront of the door, and had to close it if we wanted to lo leave. The beds are not very confortable, neither the pillows, but we could take better ones from the reception.

This is our second time here. A night stop before catching the Skyliner the next day to Narita. Very convenient. Breakfast is simple but enough to start the day.

The room is too small for 3 people if everyone brings large suitcases.

Breakfast (food) just okay. Kitchen staff is helpful n friendly.During checked in staff merely dod his job without ho beyond. We didn't notice that we entitle for extra bed pillow n sleeping clothing till the last night (5 days 4 night). My wife n me were sharing one pillow for the 3 night.

The room is too small for 3 persons n she injured her toe (bleeding) while coming from the shower room. It also hardly can accomodate 3 middle size luggages n hinden our movement in the room.
