Spa is small and in the room there is no bathrobe (we had only one for two rooms) and slippers - you need to ask for it There is no kettle in room and tea costs 5 eurosIn on of our rooms toilet flush did not work properly

Just what we needed on our way back from the Alps to the UK. 24 hour reception as we arrived late, hotel room was big and clean, and the breakfast was great. Managed to use the sauna the next morning too which was a good bonus, if I had more time I would have used more of the spa but we had to hit the road. Would recommend.

Perfect overnight stop having left London at 8pm, got there at 2am, very secure external parking and easy to access from the motorway. Lovely big room, nice bathroom, excellent shower. Slept very well. Would definitely stay there again.

We booked it because of the spa area it had and the jacuzzi was cold so that was a bad for us.

Front desk could have suggested nearby available restaurants after I’d asked about getting dinner at the hotel and he said it wasn’t available. That would’ve been helpful after a very long tiring drive.

the hotel is on the edge of town, in a business zone. It is not an attractive location. But it's useful, and easy to get to from the highway. And it's great if you want to visit Reims for a day without the car, because then you can take the tram or bus into town.

The hotel, pool and Billard area. We only stayed one night, but would definitely stay there again. Very close location to some sights.

The outdoor pool took awhile till it was opened up in the morning. Other than that we had no complains.

No restaurant on site but there are 3 or 4 a short walk away. Hot beverages at breakfast are dispensed from a very noisy machine! Not a peaceful start to the day

It's a good hotel but for some the pictures are not according to the reality. The beds were very comfortable, nice breakfast and free parking which is also closed during the night. The area is calm and quiet and we were happy that they also accept pets.

We expected the wellness area to be bigger and also the pool. In reality there is very little space where both the gym and relaxation area are together, a few chairs and the pool was not very warm although it mentioned it is heated. We also didn't like that we didn't have normal coffee cups in the hotel room, but paper glasses, although we took the deluxe junior suite room.

The location if you have a car is pretty good, we were able to explore the region very well, ok breakfast, comfortable. Playground was a nice surprise and we were able to enjoy the pool as well.

More eating options for the night would have been helpful, nothing too fancy but a cheeseburger, simple pasta. We found trash from inside the room from people that were there before us.

1) Situated a few 100m on walking distance from the TGV (High Speed) Train station and Tram to Reims Inner Centre ;2) Ample parking lot for our rental car ;3) We went with our <1y old, outside of high-season, so not too many guests were present, as a result the swimming pool which is not enormous was mostly empty and great fun.

The room and bed was good.

Breakfast was not good. Staff stopped refilling items 30minutes before the end. The range was also poor. Also, the elevator smelled. My kids actively avoided it and took the stairs. Finally, the pre booking cost was significantly higher than rack price.

Breakfast was poor compared to most we experienced in hotels from 50Euros to 220Euros so sitting middway you would expect better than worst!Attitude on check in was poor, room was full of dust especially around convoluted head board design.No restaurant in a 4* Hotel - has to be a first!!
