Location is great, dinner by the river is superb.

Food was not as good as previous years! Maybe a chef day off or change!

The breakfast was nice, continental. The location is quiet and a couple of miles away from the nearest town. The scenery is spectacular. Our room over looked Lake Hallwilersee which was truly spectacular. We got upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony both on the first floor and upstairs over looking the lake. The upstairs balcony has a jacuzzi bath . Very peaceful and quiet.

There were no English speaking channels on the TV, small but important. We were staying for 3 nights & housekeeping seemed to forget we were there (maybe because of the upgrade) we mentioned this on the 2nd day and were told they would send somebody. Nobody came. It wasn't a big deal but, we can make our own bed but the milk for the coffee etc needed replaced.

Right on the water, access to it. Incredibly friendly staff at restaurant, very prompt and attentive. Very generous portions of food. I only had a starter and it was more than enough.Wonderful view, lake and mountains.

Styling of the room a bit too sleek, light switches glow at night, especially right next to bed.

The Location is fabulous by the lake, the welcoming received from the staff professional and very kind.covered parking included in the room price. the restaurant with a terrace by the lake.I will definitely come back to enjoy it

Nothing in particular

Everything single detail was thought. The staff was really professional and sweet.

Parking fees were not clear. in November parking is free. If you don’t speak German,Instructions are impossible to guess. And the hotel is not telling you how it works.

Everything else was great, the view is breathtaking, food is great and the stuff very friendly. Good coffee and nice breakfast.

The room was cold, altho there was a little portable heating when we arrived. We took a walk and when we got back, the heating was gone...

the location is perfect for travelling in summer with children in particular, you can appreciate the beautiful scene while enjoying the wonderful foods, the nice people like the nice lake will abosutely let you love there.
