For You Hotel

shuttle service to/from station as well as nearby stores was an excellent service. overall common area was fine and hotel looks good. room was also quite despite next to main road.

room must be renewed as well as bathroom. despite overall cleaning was fine, room also need detailed cleaning from time to time. Bathroom amenities were missing.

Air conditioning was very poor and though i complained, there was no improvement, lighting in bathroom was insufficient

Locked parking

Room and bathroom very dirty. Toilet seat broken and without the disinfection seal, walls and furniture ruined and dirty…… I went to the reception to ask if they knew about the condition of the room and the man at the reception said “that’s the room and i can’t do much about’.The morning after I asked to speak to the manager and another receptionist ( Riccardo , a total incompetent)said I don’t know how to contact him so you can’t talk to any manager.

for my trip the hotel location was good, enough parking space (also a garage for 6 EUR/day)room was clean

the hotel is old and quite expensivestaff was ok but not really friendly (I asked for a Cappuccio in the morning and the receptionist told me that the bar was closed but I could go upstairs to the breakfast room. However, there was no Cappuccion, just aweful coffee from the automatic maschine. The next morning I found a quite decent bar, just next to the hotel. Why didn't he tell me?)

Great location for the purpose of my trip Great free shuttle service between hotel and train station and only 30 mins on the metro to the centre of Milan

Staff was very friendly & the garage as well as the free shuttle bus to the metro station is great and was well-appreciated.The hotel in general, though, is quite dated. Lobby is stylish.

The description of the room was wrong. It was no be there in the bathroom first of all and no kettle.you couldn’t close the curtains completely so at six in the morning the room was full of light and we were awake ( not to mention all the blue lights on the switches?)

We have stayed here several times now and find the hotel clean, quiet and convenient for transport links.The members of staff are polite and helpful.

It would be very convenient to have coffee/tea making facilities in the room. The room we had this time was in an area subject to late night noise from a neighbouring bar/club. We shall request a room at the front next time.

Hotel and room was clean. Staff was helpfull and pleasent.

Parking was a bit of an issue, but overall not that big of a problem. For some reason there was a heating issue in our room and the hallway of the floor. It was HOT! We even turned off the heating in our room and had to crack the window open to make it comfortable. Not sure what the problem was but at least we were able to open the window, or it would have been unbearable.

No shower.Only bathtub was a bit uncomfortable

Good sized room with a big comfy bed.

Shower wasn't great and the room showed quite a lot of wear and tear.

the room had a really strong smell of a perfumed product like an air freshener it got in your throat and I had to sleep with the patio doors open first hardly slept felt rough and the second was worse the smell was so intense you could smell it from outside the room
