Pools lovely and the hotel is very clean and quiet

The staff were lovely however there was an incident when we got breakfast on the first morning, my child has additional needs and we had both not picked up a tray to take our breakfast plates to the table a member of staff then instructed us on how we must get a tray to put our breakfast plates on this then got my child abit anxious it just felt a bit unnecessary, then the second morning at breakfast time by the same member of staff I was asked if they could clean our room while we were having breakfast I said no it’s fine it was done the day before and we’d been out all that day so not much to clean but this request was ignored! I think it’s a nice hotel for people without children, it’s also about 25 minute walk from the beach

Just a short walk to the centre. Lovely quiet hotel with a great pool. Set in mature garden.

We used this hotel for a stay over for a night. The location is perfect, staff friendly and the breakfast is good.

The rooms are a bit dated. They are clean though, stepping into it gives you a flashback to the 90s though.

Bad receiption people, no description how to park, no elevator

The staff are all amazing, so friendly & helpful.Location is great, a short walk into the main marina area but just far enough away to be peaceful & quiet. Swimming pool was clean and a great addition.

Superb reception from the ladies on check in, they even helped us to get into our room, room ideal, with pool view and Aircon.

It was cloudy so we didn't use the fabulous pool!Leaving.

The staff were superbly helpful and kind! They organised an early breakfast (which was excellent) and help with my bike.

All staff were very friendly and Christine was very helpful throughout our stay. Continental breakfast was good and well laid out with plenty of choice. Pool and garden area was very nice and well kept. Location of the hotel was excellent, being only a short walk to the Port area.

The shower hoze could be a little longer. Only small for small people ;-)

the location was perfect, 10 mins to the port on foot. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.we stayed for only two nights for a stopover and it served us perfectly, we had good rest.

there was no lift. the toilet door was not fitting well but it was closing.

Quiet setting. Within walking distance of the marina. Lovely pool.

Continental breakfast lovely. Staff wonderful and a very central location. Air con in room was really helpful too. Plus a fridge in your room was a great bonus.

Extractor fan in the bathroom would have been good. Some of the restaurants in the centre of town were expensive.

The staff were the best thing about this hotel. It is old and the rooms were tiny. After reading reviews before booking the reviews for not match our experience nor did the photos. The staff were lovely. There was no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. We even had to pay €5 for a pot of hot water for tea. There were no glasses only paper cups. The grounds are run down needing a good renovation inside and out.

The location is good, not far from the quay side, the parking is totally secure and many spaces, we didn't take b/fast but it looked fabulous, the pool is a dream!

Wifi was very weak in our room, and not very fast

Pool, breakfast, position, quiet, staff.Manager Christine made the stay, a font of knowledge and nothing too much trouble!
