- I booked this accomondation a night before. While waiting for checkin, our car was broken into and everything stolen. I tried to contact phone number listed on booking confirmation to cancel booking, since we were left without anything, not even fresh set of underwear. After 20+ attempts, whole afternoon of calling, we were always redirected to some phone line where noone answered (the autoresponder was in French, I beleive it said something like due to high demand we are not accepting any calls). So I tried sending email, after a month, still no reply. At the end we were billed for whole stay, even if we did not spend a single night there.
- We were further from the beach and the town that we anticipated so found we had to use the car to go out to eat in the evenings as it was too far for the kids to walk all the time. Bike hire at the resort would have been greatNo electric car charging on site meant we had to seek it out in townWe found the bedrooms were very hot, the fans provided do very little and if we left windows open at night we were plagued with mosquitoes!
