Bed was comfortable

We had Moskitos in the room and ended up having bites all over our body. Our balcony that we booked was next to the road and the view was disappointing. The pictures shown online don’t show the reality of the hotel - everything was okay but the place is not worth the price.

The staff was extremely quick to act when things didn’t go well. Therefore the ladies at the reception were very professional. Also one of the few accommodations I’ve ever seen that has a table tennis, billiard, table football, which are great if the weather is bad. Very very good breakfast with fresh orange juice you press.

Cleanliness might be an issue. But again, the staff are extremely helpful to correct, so for example changing sheets even when reception is closed.

We like the swimming pool and the attention of the staff, also the breakfast was good and tasty.

The room… there was a uncomfortable smell in our room, I think that the smell was all over the building, and the bed had bed bugs, so in matters of cleanliness (the most important thing for me) I think it was really poor considering the price, we stayed in a really nice hotel in Toulouse for kind of the same price and was top nocht! So I really don’t think it worth the 100€ (extra 12€ for our pet)

The staff were excellent, parking easy.Swimming pool and a minute walk to beach and amenities.

Very uncosy and unwelcoming bedroom, sparsly furnished, little room to put anything (not one drawer), tiny paper cups for our tea/coffee (we went out and bought two mugs), no shaver/electric toothbrush charge point (we had to buy two manual toothbrushes on day 2, having been away a week already elsewhere). Only two plug sockets to use for TV, kettle, fridge AND hairdryer. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as it was only continental, so unhealthy white breads, pastries and croissants, fruit juices and other high sugar foods.

Staff are lovely and very helpful. The location is brilliant. The area this hotel is in is really lovely with a beautiful beach and restaurants nearby.

Facilities are in dire need of an update. Bathrooms arevery old and not well kept up.Room is very humid- I know it is a beach town but this was over the top. The entire contents of my suitcase came home wet. Perhaps built-in dehumidifiers could be used to dry out the rooms.

The staff were warming and friendly. The pool was good. That’s about it.

There was poo on the floor and the wall of the toilet. The WiFi doesn’t work in the room. Only in the reception.

Staff very friendly and booked taxis for us and spoke English without making us feel bad for not having good french.

The only minor gripe was that the shower head position was horizontal and unalterable without holding it in your hand.

Such a great location for the beach and restaurants but also located on a quiet street. The pool area was great for sunbathing and a dip and the staff were consistently lovely - reception staff, dining staff, all great. The air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver.

The hotel is in a perfect location with a lovely pool and 5 mins walk from the beach, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops, a 10 min walk to the main centre. Lovely decor and lots of extra bits like a pool table and games you can borrow. The staff and owners are lovey and really helpful. We would totally recommend we had a lovely stay as a family and would definitely return. Special mention to Julie on reception who was helpful and lovely all the time and to the owner whose name I am sorry to have forgotten but who works exceptionally hard and you can tell how involved and caring she is about her business.

I wish we had stayed longer!

The staff at Hotel Les Sables were incredibly friendly and were always available to help. The room was very comfortable and the cleaning staff made it up every day. The pool was fantastic and great for relaxing. The location of the hotel is fantastic and is only 100m from an amazing beach.

Location was good, very close to beach & plenty of restaurants within walking distance. A/C was very good!

Limited parking outside hotel but they offered very reasonable rates to park in a nearby car park. Lift didn’t go to first floor which with luggage was a struggle.

The location was perfect, easy to walk to the beach and town centre. The room was air conditioned and fitted our group of 3 adults well with a double and full sized single bed. The pool area was lovely to relax in after a day exploring. There was always a lounger available and the pool was the perfect temperature.We had breakfast which was a buffet style and had a great selection.

The Hotel is very easy to find and well located being close to restaurants and walking distance to the beach, The reception Staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room are good sizes and clean.

It’s very close to the beach, there is free parking space if it’s full, around hotel area there are free parking slots.If you are a remote worker, they have a huge conference room which makes is easier to have your meetings during the stay.

Towels are very very old. They must be renewed. Our towels in the room werent changed daily, when you go to a beach near hotel, it is important to have clean towels daily.

It is a very nice hotel, the room on the last floor was super cute, bright with a big mirror. The commonal aereas are super cute, with games and an amazing swimming pool!Plus the beach is super near and a lot of good restaurants too :)
